i love this song this is one of my favourites x and i am a knew no doubt fan i love gwen stefani's music so i decided to check out no doubt and they totally rock x
i totally can relate to this song. :( The truth is every woman deserves to feel beautiful. We don't need to get sucked into some beauty contest. Whenever I feel bad about my looks, I am going to listen to this song to keep me from going insane about my looks.
i think alot of women if not all can relate to this song, i had body dysmorphic disorder and eating disorders when i was younger, so it really speaks to me. i am such a different person to what i was then and this superficiality bullshit needs to stop in my honest opinion, as our physical human bodies are not the real us, we are connected spiritual beings of love experiencing ourselves as humans. we all have true platonic love inside our hearts, not our minds or egos. just my personal feelings.
so sad but it is so true it's so sad that so many women will destroy themselves so they can say they are thinner of prettier than everyone else i wish more ppl knew about this song little girls who start getting body complexes at 4 and 5 thinking they need to look like barbie and all the air brushed photos of these "perfect women" it makes me sick i was bulemic for two years before i decided it wasn't worth it now i'm chunky but i know i am beautiful.
