I bet Huliganov was heavily photographed, documented, fingerprinted, analysed and possibly visa waivered via a complex electronic method upon entry...
My homeland security person was interested in learning Russian and said he was finding it difficult, so I gave him the link to my Russian course. He may well be watching this. Nice chap, actually.
I was me at the entry point, but somehow the conversation got round to language learning. I can't remember how, as we started on accountancy, but these guys are trained interrogators, forget auditors.
Somehow I managed to be the last person through, after a homeland security lady decided to encourage me to go to a different line which was going to be quicker, and then the person ahead in that line had some anomalies in their documents.

Sounds like you had quite a discussion with him. I normally just get asked briefly if I am carrying any booze in my baggage and then am let through!

He reminds me of a KGB spy in that little toilet with the headphones.
