I think ever since the ECW title was brought back in 2006, I think during their title reigns, Bobby Lashley and Big Show held the titles the most longest time and had a good run as ECW champion. Big Show's matches were really extreme. Lashley didn't really have extreme matches, so it has to be Big Show.
