  • hi! arent u supposed to stay few seconds in the position keeping ur breath in!?

im doing 5 tibetans very slowly like asanas from yoga and i saw on few videos from you tube that everyone is doing tibetans like running away from something!

whats ur oppinion? i wish u all the best and good health by practicing ancient wisdom of body mind and soul! :)

  • The goal is to do each rite 21 times per day

  • These exercises rejuvenate the endocrine system and stimulate the pituitary gland that controls the hormones in the body.

  • @Keltlady true, thanks for viewing.

  • @Keltlady The Lymphatic System as well!!! As Well as the Pineal Gland(3rd eye)!!!

  • Here's the thing-----you don't do as many repetitions as he is doing to start off. He should hold up a sign or something for beginners to let them know this. I think you just do 3 twirls to start off etc etc. Just google it. I know someone has a webpage on it. I have seen it.

  • @Keltlady true,

  • why is he turning clockwise when the Sufi dervishes turn counter-clockwise?

  • Not sure about sufi, have heard of it, in the book, Ancient secrects of the fountain of youth, by peter kelder, it say it should be done clockwise. thanks for viewing.

  • everything is ok, he just does it a bit to quickly...keyword-slower!

  • I got dizzy while watching him do rite #1.

  • Hi. Are you sure the first one has to be performed as fast as you do? The others seem more relaxed... Thanks :)

  • no, but to challange myself i preform it with my eyes close as well and visualise the colors of the chakras, is good practice. thanks for viewing.

  • thanks for sharing, I have been looking at all the videos I have found regarding these rites and have seen different ways of doing them, I really like the way you do them and watching your video has helped me. I only have three days doing them but I plan to continue as I feel this is good for me. I only have a question, I saw in another video that when you do the first rite you should be looking at your right hand's fingers, anybody know anything about this? thanks and blessings

  • yup, you do them pretty well. (seen some youtube videos by PRO yoga teachers who mess them up totally). Great exercises, everyone should do them daily.

  • They look pretty darn good to me. Thanks so much. I've been doing them from a book and haven't worked my way up to the amount needed yet. I think it's great you put this up for others. Have a great day!

  • to help, good luck friend!)

  • Hello, let me help you with the second of the exercises: is the notorious position of your arms, not who you went movements but pocicion is not correct because the force area and Lumbala cervical.Para you must fix your arms toward the project sides as a cross, pocition of palms if the correct downwards. I hope you'll continue in practice and cares for each column you rite not required for anything, saludos.Eloey

  • Gracias, it only gets better with practice, and it is the practice that gets results, + or -, god luck: )

  • May I ask, what does it feel like for you. What makes you keep doing it? I am intrested and am lookng for inspiration.

  • Dear Milk.... Practice until you know the answer to the question you just asked.

    ;)

  • What does it feel like to me?mmmm, can't say entirely but from the first time i found out about them ( the rites) and try them there was a change, not very noticeable but there, since then there has been many changes, steady lost and control of weight, better thoughts, food choices, much has happen, i forsee practicing as long as i can. got to check comments more often but is all work in progress. : )

  • @milkandkisses78 - it's a while since you asked, but here go. It's like ShantiPura says, just do it. It's a real energy energizer, and it makes the day float so much easier in many respects. Doing them daily is much more like "eating an apply a day".

  • That's simply not true with the arms. He's doing it correctly.

  • great practices, thanks for showing them

  • Don't get dizzy spinning like a headless chicken?

So you work your neck and stomach muscles? I do similar shit everything. I don't need no freaking "gurus" to teach me that.

  • come down, ego perfect...

  • I'm not a guru whatever that means, this are just practicings I have adopted for my life with positive results and want to share as long as I know me the world can spin anyway it wants, i'll be still with in and with out, thanks for viewing.

  • Your life and frame of mind sound beautiful and calm with out a guru. namaste. live well.

  • I did this for almost a year. Then, I realized it wasn't doing much good for me at all, actually. I stopped doing it almost 2 years ago and am quite sure I feel just as good or better than I did when I was doing the rites. I'm 34 and I changed my diet slightly. Stabilizing your blood sugar is a heck of a lot more beneficial than these rites. I've come to conclude that the rites are a meaningless fad, regardless of whether or not they are practiced in Tibet. It sure ain't gtummo!

  • Hello and thank you for watching, I"m glad you did the rites, I myself been doing them since march 2002, I"m 49 yrs old, since I started doing them I"ve lost 40 lbs, am more flexiable,

yes, I changed my diet, increase physical activities, haven"t been sick in 5 yrs or more, my health is better now than in my 20"s and 30"s, is it the rites? it is part of my new healthy way of looking at my life, if i don:t do any exercise and the rites are the only thing I do for a day I done good for that day.

  • It's entirely possible that reflecting back on my own experience caused negative feelings and I spewed out garbage to make myself feel better. :-) Of course, it must be better than no exercise, which is what I usually do these days. Switching diets made me feel a lot better, but the rites would probably make me feel even better still... Maybe I'll get back into it. Sorry if I have de-motivated anybody with my earlier comment. I do have difficulty believing the twirling is of much benefit, though

  • I think how effective the rites are depends on the person, just like Tai Chi or Yoga. Some people just don't need what the Rites have to offer, even if they are unhealthy. I do agree that proper healthy diet will do more for you than almost any amount of exercise - you simply can't out train a bad diet once you are over 30 or so.

  • Ancient Tibetan Rites: Just do it!

    not another nike ad.

  • oh, the t shirt, well it's what i was wearing at the time, think they're looking? shameless, thanks for watching.

  • was just making fun :)

  • i know, me too,:)

  • :)

almost forgot, tks for posting the video, helped me with my pratices.

  • thankyou for your unconditional teaching its nice to have those that are true to teaching and not just out to gain profit. it is of an excellent benefit to my humanity..thanyou again. the god in self recognises the god self in you

  • at least you do exrecises!good!any exercise can do good to you because you have quite a weak and untrained body yet! so keep on training and change that!all the best!and put the hands very closely to body in first exercise it makes body unmoving and leg rising more comfortable.
