I had been looking for several months before finding this one - which indeed has shit quality - and it gained attention. There are better videos of the intro out now, yes. I even link to one of them. But there's something to be said for being the first one to post something, and I can claim that honour in regards to Galtar.

He\she did. It's surprisingly good quality too, I watched it while I spent two hours scanning a book some days before xmas.

And you know what I learned? Galtar is one of those shows you can go back to as an adult without getting your nostalgia destroyed. The animation is top-notch, the characters do a neat balance between juvenile and wise (Galtar: "you're a girl!"), and the plots are sheer eighties goodness.

I have to extend my thanks as well. I have also been in that "Galtar Really exists fight." I used to watch this after Fantastic Max and Don Coyote every Sunday it's nice to at least have the opening preserved. I'd also forgotten how scary looking Galtar's Horse is.

I haven't looked through limewire though, as I use eMule. You might have a shot there.
