go back to school. the U.S. Constitution grants rights to ALL people (citizens, legal residents, illegal citizens, etc). We either had to use US. law or the law of the Geneva Conventions or military justice. Unlike the Bush Administration trying to crave out a space between our laws and the Geneva Conventions, there is no such thing as an "enemy combatant".

I sir, in no way am part of the left wing. In fact I have much vested interest in the matter. My father works across the street from the WTC and remembers the day and is still cleary affected. I take the path train(Metro station underneath what was the twin towers) everyday to school and lament everyday back and forth. I remember on the day and the three years after wanting absolute punishment for these people.

As far as I can tell, neither the young turks nor anyone who has commented on this video has any idea what is really going on.
1) Obama is really putting the CIA on trial. He has no respect for the people who defend this country and wants the CIA to be disrespected.
