  • demagogy

  • How about look in your own backyard?

  • we got him

  • Yo Cenk, Don't pussy out, if you suspect like many of us do that 911 was a black op done by some despots in the Gov... then say something man. Your in a position of power here, give some air time to the Architects and engineers for 911 truth. do something ffs.... your p.c you know that :(

  • This man here is the definition of an american jerk. He only believes in "yeah we should kill such and such simply because they such and such my family or america." What about the ideology of "hey this man should just be trailed, let the PEOPLE decide what we should do with this, and lets just pray they don't overkill us." Not having this maniac with his extremist ideas.

  • fuck you all fuck bush fuck obama you never get us

  • So lemme get this straight

    1 ugly ass mastermind+

    a few hijacked planes+

    a bad september day=

    3000 deaths?

    i guess so......

  • you talk about presidents? you think Obama is there making the fucking plans?

Obama is just a face he doesn't do shit he just talks. Not for a long time have presidents actually made any choices... what was i talking about? oh yeah Larry the cable guys trail.

  • What's happening with ksm? You'd think that the trial of one of the biggest murderers in history would be all over the news. So did i miss it or what?

  • but it didn't happen did it...

  • BIG PIG!!!

  • this guy is so obviously a fall guy - you ram something up someones ass enough there gonna admit whatever you want from them -

Thats what our country does--- economically - psychologically - militarily to all who cross its path - hell even to its own people - Why arent the bankers at Goldman Sachs being tortured into confession ---that shit - affects the average American waayyy more than 911 did - im sorry but thats the fucking truth!!!

  • fuck face

  • God forbid something happens during this ridiculous endeavor to satisfy the crazy left,if anyone of my fellow New Yorkers is hurt during this crap show, all this will be on the shoulders of Obama and his terrorist loving bitch Holder, this guy just loves terrorists,he helped liberate the Puerto Rican separatists during the 90s.

  • @alacranmann what would you constructively propose then? what is to be done with the criminal? Should he be shot by a conservative on a rural farm somewhere? What is your suggestion? What is your proposal?

  • @SeeProfileForDetails,well I propose the solution which was already there,to hold this rats for as long as it's needed. If you are moronic enough to feel sympathy for this soulless cowards, then sorry but you are beyond help.Very useful intelligence was obtained thanks to it,which saved many of us from being slaughtered, later on when they are no longer useful, give them a military trial and execute them.Remember "THIS IS WAR",and this animals would kill all of us with a smile on their ugly mugs.

  • @alacranmann I do not feel sympathy for him. What I am wondering, is how this asshole is going to be questioned in the current jail he is in? or wherever he is, if it is a torture area, or a nice jail, bad jail, whatever it is... how are they ever going to get valid information out of this guy? What if he is lying? will the courts find information from other sources or will they just waste money? Where is the current jail getting info from, other than torturing him and asking?

  • @alacranmann also there is a small possibility that this guy is not guilty, who knows? how do we know for sure? how will we find out? he is probably guilty, but why? where is the solid evidence other than they tortured him? what is his belief? is he a strong muslim who believes he will have 72 virgins? If so, he should probably just be shot right now, disregarding everything else.

  • Kangaroo trials?,keeping this animals in Guantanamo gave us the ability to catch more of this filthy animals,It's going to cost an estimated 600 million to give this rats a "fair trial",I'm sure this is money we don't need, therefore we can afford it,you moron.

  • Give him a shower, hair cut, dress him up in a nice suit,he will fit right in with the rest n DC.

  • Israel and friends did it!

  • MIND FREAAAAK!!!

  • Telling us the meaning of justice!? please...LOL are u even a part american? buhaha, i apologise perhaps your ancestor was the Sitting Bull, or Benjamin Franklin wahahhaha, why not try to judge your own country' justice system first if you can, hehe, i dont think so...

  • Hey, hey...Don't pick on my buddy John Cornyn.

LOL! Actually I don't know him, but he does answer promptly and favorably to his constituents. He definitely helped my brother and me.

  • Yes another brilliant decision, this trial will cost 75-100 million dollars! Just what this country cannot afford, it will make the OJ trial look like speeding ticket trial. Not to mention that due to discovery valuable intel sources will be lost. They already said they did it, have a military tribunal. This is not a crime but an act of WAR, that is what idiots like this do not understand!

  • Prosecuting Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, et al. for war crimes and for torture will not salvage the economy--but it will go a long way toward clearing the air and toward getting to the point of being able to make some progress and a new beginning.

Short of that --all this is junk--just more enterainment and distraction, like the OJ trial.

  • 9 years after that so ridiculous.

it took 9 years for cia to brainwashed a man

(look like unfortunately like the bad in true lies)

  • Also Cenk says 'what would you rather, a show trial?' Um trying KSM in New York could perhaps be the definition of a show trial.

  • When the President takes this portfolio from the military and gives it to his "top law enforcement official" that's a clue that he most definitely is not treating this like a war. See if Obama thought this was a war, he'd let the m-i-l-i-t-a-r-y handle it, not the AG.

Remember military commissions were not just the work of Bush and Cheney's evil dreams, they were created by Congress (something a certain junior Senator from Illinois {OBAMA} seemed pretty happy about at one time).

  • Why doesn't Cenk actually research the issues before he goes on air to speak about them..?

    He shows such ignorance..

He asks what is the alternative.

A MILITARY FUCKING TRIBUNAL, just like all fucking war criminals. Are you all that retarded.

  • Why do you have no faith in our civilian judiciary system? I am very curious to know.

  • @Mxyzptlk562

    OJ

  • Because he is a war criminal, not a citizen, are you kidding though, in America someone can kill someone and get left off with a nine year manslaughter trial.

  • Do you really believe that this is going to be a manslaughter trial? Please.

As for a "show trial", I really wonder why flag waving, jingoistic conservative right wingers are so afraid about when it comes to showing how "superior" or country and institutions are. I thought that is what set us apart from military juntas and states. Any 3rd world country can conduct a military trial to get the desired results it wants. Do really think the avg American jury is too stupid to render justice?

  • How about OJ?

  • What about Cheney?

  • The man is a fucking war criminal, why would he be tried in a civilian court. This is the biggest show trial ever, how can you not possibly see that. And you have no faith in the military system of punishment..?

the man is a fucking terroirist

  • KSM should be tried by a military tribunal, not a civlian fucking court, this shit is ridiculous and Cenk actually supports this decision..?

  • This comment could have been said to the religious since the beginning of religion, as that religions ultimate purpose justifying repellent behaviour...

  • @CmdrTobs I know you'll deride me as an ignorant hick, but you've got it backwards. Judeo Christian values give society a moral compass and allow it to recognize evil and survive. Sometimes the destruction of evil is necessary. I wouldn't call that immoral or repellant. ( in response saying religion justifying repellant behavior) Then again if you're talking about Islam, you might be right.

  • @superpadave1 organized religion is only used to control people. sure we all have morals but the real judge of what is good and evil should be science. 9/11 was an inside job and the science will prove it. i suggest you check out these websites.

patriotsquestion911(dot)com (really look at how many credible people are demanding a new investigation.)

ae911truth(dot)com (this shows the science of the cover up)

its easy to say destroy evil, but if evil isnt really evil then who is evil?

  • @truthisouttheir

You don't need science to judge someone by evil or good, its called intuition. You can't trust science or anything to tell you about 9/11. it was done by the government, the destroyed blackbox should be obvious.

  • senator obama said he wanted the terrorists to be tried in military tribunal court.

    He Lied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The terrorists are being tried in civilan court as US citizens.

No Mirranda Rights given were given to him.

The evidence will be thrown out.

There is a huge difference between military court and civilan court!!!!!!!!!!!

This video has an outrageous liberal spin.

  • What Republicans are really afraid of is that public trials will reveal that some of the detainees had been held and tortured with no evidence of any terrorist involvement.

  • 1) That should be the least of anyone's concerns. The pampered detainees at "Quitmo" are probablly treated way better than convicts in U.S. civilian prisons, to include bending over backwards to accomadate thier religion ( prayer rugs, respecting thier dietary customs, prayer times, ect.) A lot of released " innocent " detainees have gone back to thier previous occupation - killing Americans, so if some of the dirt bags that are there now were roughed up a little, then boo hoo. Also spare me any

  • "Pampered." Right.

How about you turn yourself in for a six-year "vacation" there and see how "pampered" you will be.

As for released detainees fighting us now, you'd hate any country that imprisoned you for no good reason and tortured you while you were detained, too.

  • @MntlWard Hey dummy, they were killing Americans, and probably thier own countrymen BEFORE they ended up in Gitmo

  • @superpadave1 "Hey dummy," they were released because it was determined they were wrongfully detained in the first place.

  • 2) crap about how we have to maintain our " values" for the rest of the world to see. What makes us great, or what used to make us great, is the fact that if someone attacks us, we kick thier teeth in. Any other " value " is a very distant second.

  • @cgordon6969 You can't really blame him man. Predictable, well worn cliches are all he has to offer in a debate. But visit any number of political websites, and you'll see that he's really just parroting propaganda.

  • Thanks, AG Holder, for sending a message to the rest of the world that the BEST justice system the world has ever known is back, after being hijacked by extremist lunatics for 8 years. Thanks for sending the message that we are more than capable of punishing these terrorist bastards by sending them to meet their makers. And thanks for repudiating a FAILED IDEOLOGY that did more damage in the last 8 years than we've seen in the last 100 YEARS. May our enemies (foreign or domestic) burn in hell.

  • 2) "traitors" when conservatives actualy seem to be the ones that want to avenge 911. Liberals seem to be too busy apoligizing for the terrorists.

  • The only thing conservatives did was politicize 911 to win elections, because they're a bunch of shameless, deceitful, incompetent bastards. Keep spinning.

  • Who's apologised to a terrorist? Give me one name of someone who has said "Sorry terrorists you were right"

Could you be specific in your charges rather than vague and rhetorical?

  • @superpadave1 what do you suggest be done with the criminal? put him in a shooting range where conservatives will kill him? What can be done? other than going to court? what is to be done? Put him under someone's bed on the farm and shoot him where no one sees it? what is your suggestion? I'm no liberal, but I want to know.

  • @SeeProfileForDetails SeeProfileFor Details, can you say MILITARY TRIBUNAL ?

  • Once again, the right wing enemies of America trash our justice system with their venomous, treasonous and defeatist bile, after their "leaders" failed to protect the country in the first goddamn place. If Rice, Cheney, Bush and the rest of the "gang that couldn't shoot straight" weren't a bunch of incompetent fucking idiots, the Obama administration's focus would be elsewhere, instead of cleaning up their messes. You pieces of shit can keep running from BushCo's failures, but you can't hide.

  • Really? Seems we were attacked 9 months after Clinton failed to secure our borders and let these people in. Which is why liberals will always be seen as weak POSes. Now liberals have all the "pull" in the US and yet another attack comes from having weak policies.

  • Its amazing the mob mentality, some people magically deciding he is not a citizen so you can do what you want....

Its amazing how some of these people are willing to act just like the Taliban only from a different perspective.

  • After eight years of the Bush and Cheney Coalition of Zionist Born Again Fundamentalists, Neo-Cons, and Corporate Fascist Republicans how can you be amazed, Comdr Tobs.

These people are the lunatics who lied their way into destroying Iraq and killed directly and indirectly a million people.

They turned Afghanistan into war of liberation against invading US and NATA Forces.

They bankrupted the economy and were responsible of the collapse of USD.

    They destroyed the Constitution.

  • You are meeting the lunatics halfway even by trying to argue with them.

They are not listening to you or your arguments.

    They are true believers--you follow?

They need to be excised from the body politic not debated.

  • I find myself trying not to agree, but

These peoples "loyalty" is to people or an idea rather than too the facts. They respect shouting and stubbornness as positive virtues to the truth of a persons argument.

This is NOT a partisan issue. Its a simple one of justice. Nazi war leaders... trial. 93 WTC bombers..... trial. KSM.... no trial, why? Because Rush and the other talk show hosts say so. NOTHING MORE. They set the agenda and make these goons repeat it. Think for yourself people, PLEASE.

  • 1) Bush kept this country safe for eight years, which was no mean feat. ( The terrorists all of a sudden didn't decide to love us.) Yeah, 911 happened on his watch, but I think he was at least man enough to take the blame for it, unlike the current administration that blames everything on it's predecessors.Although he'd be justified in putting some of the blame for 911 on the Clinton administration, Bush has more class than that. Also, I find it odd that you call Bush and conservatives

  • You're delusional and you're contradicting yourself. 911 happened on his watch, so he didn't keep us safe for eight years, and no amount of revisionist history will change that fact, so quit trying. The biggest terrorist attack in history happened on his watch because him and his national security team sat around "dithering" instead of doing their jobs. End of story. I won't even get into the rest of their pathetic failures, I'm just glad the incompetent bastards are gone! Keep spinning.

  • @LuvChaos Revisionist history ? How about your " knowledge " of recent history, or lack of reading comprehension ? I'm talking about the eight years AFTER the New York attack, moron.

  • @superpadave1 9-11 wouldn't have happened in the first goddamn place if he had done his job, and that little "inconvenient fact" isn't EVER going away, despite your sad little revisionist history attempts. He FAILED America. Deal with it, wingnut. He also FAILED America again in 2005 when another 1,836 citizens died while he sat around "dithering" and jerking off with his cronies. I suppose that was Clinton's fault too, huh jackass?

  • Has Obama put any blame on the previous adminstration on problems that have arisen since there outgoing? Name one?

If you are referring to the election race then ofc SENATOR obama will talk all day about Bush in the same way Sen. McCain criticised Bush.

Just show me one example of a problem in a process or issue that has arisen since Obamas taken office that Obama has blamed on the previous administration?

No president does this, not Obama not Bush, Clinton.... Its just the rules.

  • What point of jihad don't you liberal idiots get ?

  • really?

  • KSM is a patsy

  • Enemy combatants that are not war criminals?

    A revolutionary idea!

You mean just because someone shoots back at US soldiers invading his country and shooting at him he or she is not a war criminal.

    Oh my.

    O tempora! O mores!

  • 2 million? Where'd you get that number from?

  • 2:45 THATS THE POINT!

Republitards are hissy-fit, yellow bellied cowards for opposing this. They are scared of these people. Hell, they can chain them up in my garage! I don't care. I'm not scared of them.

What's there to be scared about, Republitards? What chicken shits.

  • Nobody should be wasting money on a trial for non-NATO citizen.

  • It is being soft, make a show-trial and execute him in the back alley the same day.

I think Americans are being soft, a little terrorist attack and every single redneck is pissing his pants thinking about some poor suckers in the middle east. Just retaliate brutally and move on. No need for increased security and giving away civil liberties.

  • You are so strong and hard, tommysch.

Reverend Hagee wants to feel your biceps.

  • "retaliate brutally and move on" - You say that as if its common sense and nobody's thought of such an 'inspired' approach.

Open a world history book for 30mins and you will see that's been tried several times century from the Accident Egyptians right through to the treaty of Versailles.

You ALWAYS magnify the trouble ahead.

  • @CmdrTobs

    The victors write the history

"History will be kind to me for I intend to write it

    -Churchill

  • Not true.

In fact victors seldom write the history that survives.

  • Wow! 9/11 was a "little terrorist attack?" By whose measure was it just a little terrorist attack?

  • @Mxyzptlk562

Except from a symbolical point of view, it was completely insignificant.

3000 people died and 2 tower went down, the front wall of the pentagon was scraped. Its sad but still not really something to speak of, the common flu kills 35 000 people a year in the US...

  • No logic there....

You can file the common flu under the "Shit Happens" header for how people die. It goes along with almost all other diseases and misfortunes out there in which people die.

9/11 was mass murder plain and simple. It was planned and executed by people to take the lives of many other people. It was not just sad, it was outrageous and it was not justified.

But please don't bother to reply. I can see from your tone that you are disingenuous.

  • @Mxyzptlk562

My point is: its no reason to give your civil liberties away, or to be near strip searched at the fucking airport. It does not justify the hysteria, if you freak out, they win.

  • I agree with you about the civil liberties part. I do strongly disagree with your down playing the deaths and seriousness from what happened on 9/11. It was no small and trivial event.

  • The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures.

What does this have to do with whats being discussed?

  • No real definition? You really need to Google shit before you post.

    Terrorist

    noun

    1. the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, esp. for political purposes.

    2. the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.

    3. a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government.

  • I just looked up military tribunal conviction rate and it's the same as civilian courts which is about 85% for both not 3% like you claim.

Where did you get your numbers/facts from?

  • Let me make this clear I DON'T TRUST EITHER SIDE/PARTY. Both of them are full of crap.

I'm looking at this through my own personal "glass". We are giving them a loud speaker to spread there propaganda. War criminals by law do not get constitutional rights, so why are we giving these terrorist our rights?

My thought process is common sense not party lines.

  • look why is this terrorist khalid getting a civilian trial, when he is not a citizen, and attacked the US? he should receive a military tribunal.

  • Funny, Obama said the same thing back in 2006. I wonder what changed his mind?

  • You do realise trials are not just for citizens Adolf?

I would love to see what you would say if got caught littering on holiday abroad and they locked you away for 60yrs without trial lolololol.....

  • That would be just fine. Dont go there.

Field torture followed by a summary execution would have been just fine for that SOB, and much cheaper.

  • Yep, I and that will validate all the dogma these people have being saying about the US and create a 1000 more people just like him. THAT is the reason why you never act like that.

  • Like they dont already make enough propaganda anyway? Look like many already think like that anyway. And my idea never implied we would have ever heard about it. Just say he was killed in combat. Nobody will care anyway.

  • Your actually right. These people probably should be death with in that fashion. But since he is captured and etc etc etc a public trial is the best way.

  • why hello there...avoid the H1N1 Vaccine as it is a massive Freemasonic plot to wipe out 4.9 Billion people as set out by the Georgia Guidestones and Club of Rome.

  • as the grandson of a holocaust survivor, you calling me adolf i find extremely offensive. secondly khalid sheikh muhammad is not some guy on holiday littering abroad. that is a stupid and offensive comparison. he is the mastermind of 9/11. an attack that killed over 2000 people. he was not born in the united states. he attacked the united states. therefore he is an enemy combatant, and should be held under military tribunals. that is a trial or do u not understand the american system?

  • That's the point of the modern civilised judicial system. How you are processed and have the law applied is NOT arbitrary because of your ethnicity/crime/victim.

Thats why my example was elegant, and NOT trivial. You can just call it 'stupid' but you miss the point.

As the descendent of a Holocaust survivor you should understand the political and historical importance of trials. They show once and for all and on the record what these men did and exactly how evil these men are.

  • Bush and Cheney also destroyed Iraq, which was a buffer to Iran, and which had nothing to do with 9-11 and turned an intervention in Afghanistan into a war of national liberation again invading and occupying Americans.

They also destabilized Pakistan and tried to destabilize Iran.

With Israel they supported Georgia's sneak attack on Russian peacekeepers and civilians in Osetia.

  • Unless you people want a repeat of the Right Wing lunacy that was Bush's and Cheney's regime, you might start seriously thinking about exterminating the Right Wing, root and branch.

War crimes prosecutions would be a good start.

  • like grayson said, if Obama would eat BLT tomorrow, republicans will try to ban bacon.

they will simply complain about anything Obama does

  • This will make you feel better, jopaddy81:

    January 2002 oil = $19 per barrel

    August 2008 oil = $147 per barrel.

Oil is not just gasoline, diesel, jet fuel--it is also insecticides, fertilizers, plastics, and a host of other products.

  • Bush and Cheney had basically destroyed the US economy and USD long before Obama was elected.

  • Bush and Cheney also destroyed: (1) the US Constitution, (2) the US military; (3) even the ghost of an independent media....

  • Obama is showing them how to really destory the USA. Spent more in 90 days than all combined budgets since USA began.

  • That is incorrect, sogariborne. USD collapsed in August 2008.

It is not the "spending" so far--the problem is that it is being "spent" on the wrong items and in the wrong approach.

Bush and Cheney destroyed the US economy.

Obama so far has no solution.

  • All of the Republicans and the vast majority of Democrats are incompetent--economically to the point that it is unlikely you truly comprehend, sogairborne

Not only that insofar as they are bought they are bought an elite even more incompetent than they are.

  • .It took forty years to get to the point where Bush and Cheney and the Neo-Cons could push the whole country over the cliff--but they did, and you dumbasses across the spectrum went along waving your made in China flags.

But this can not be grasped fully in a few comments on youtube

  • mopsius I would say that all liberals in DC are incompetent economically. They ignore the Constitution. Think that we work for them instead of vice versa. We don't get a very good choice in politicans. The futher we get away from our founding principals the closer we get to our end.

  • Both Republicans Democrats are terminally incompetent.

That is in part a result of Finance Capitalism, which owns the politicians lock, stock, and barrel.

The system is designed for them to be incompetent economically, for example.

    Otherwise they might get ideas.

  • Why are Republicans such cowards???

  • Let's see--an Iraqi-Afghan-Pakistani-Iranian MUSLIM terrorist trial?

  • How the fuck would most American dumbasses tell the difference?

Geezus it was a great discovery to the US miltitary that Iraq still had tribes. That took them only three or four years in Iraq to figure out.

Look, Saddam Hussein was obviously secretly working for Iran when he invaded Manhattan and torched the Twin Towers.

  • Justin Raimondo at antiwar(dot) com ruminates intriguingly on the syzygy: f Trial In NYC, Fort Hood Bloodbath, Seizure of supposedly Iranian-financed mosque.

    Hmmm.

Obviously they are already riding the "Muslim" part hard, right--"Muslim Terrorist".

Is anyone calling the Sheikh an "Arab" instead?

  • Outside bin Laden, Zawahiri, and Cheney you mean...

  • Gee, will Silverstein be called as a witness?

  • During the 1990s, New York was suffering from the effects of the 1987 stock market crash, which led to high vacancy rates at the World Trade Center. George Pataki became Governor of New York in 1995 on a campaign of cutting costs, including privatizing the World Trade Center.

    Wiki

  • A sale of the property was considered too complex, so it was decided by the Port Authority to open a 99-year lease to competitive bidding.

In January 2001, Silverstein, via Silverstein Properties and Westfield America, made a $3.2 billion bid for the lease to the World Trade Center.

    ibid

  • Silverstein was outbid by $50 million by Vornado Realty, with Boston Properties and Brookfield Properties also competing for the lease. However, Vornado withdrew and Silverstein's bid for the lease to the World Trade Center was accepted on July 24, 2001.

    ibid

  • ...The lease agreement applied to One, Two, Four, and Five World Trade Center, and about 425,000 square feet (39,500 m2) of retail space. Silverstein put up $14 million of his own money to secure the deal. The terms of the lease gave Silverstein, as leaseholder, the right to rebuild the structures should they be destroyed and should he comply with the onerous financial obligations of the lease.

    ibid

  • Upon leasing the World Trade Center towers, along with 4 World Trade Center and 5 World Trade Center, Silverstein insured the buildings. The insurance policies on these four buildings were underwritten by 24 insurance companies for a combined total of $3.55 billion per occurrence in property damage coverage.

    ibid

  • All of the buildings at the World Trade Center, including buildings 1, 2, 4 and 5, were destroyed beyond repair on September 11, 2001 (see September 11 attacks) as a result of terrorists crashing large jet airliners into the Twin Towers, and the ensuing fires and building collapses.

    ibid

  • After a protracted dispute with insurers over the amount of coverage available for rebuilding World Trade Center buildings 1, 2, 4 and 5, a series of court decisions determined that a maximum of $4.55 billion was payable and settlements were reached with the insurers in 2007. The money is being used to rebuild, and the Silverstein properties lease has continued without change.

    ibid

  • The insurance policies obtained in July 2001 for World Trade Center buildings 1, 2, 4 and 5 had a collective face amount of $3.55 billion. Following the September 11, 2001 attacks, Silverstein sought to collect double the face amount (~$7.1 billion) on the basis that the two separate airplane strikes into two separate buildings constituted two occurrences within the meaning of the policies.

    ibid

  • good one man down one old fart to go if i see Osama gay bin laden i will shit in his face then shout him the bring him to the usa then say haha bye bye fat old man Osama bin laden

  • Careful, Bin Ladin, if he exists, may have an Israeli bodyguard.

  • You really might google the Al Qaeda kingpin Azzam Al Ameriki, galaxyada91, aka Adam Pearlman, the son of 1960s psychedelic musician Phil Pearlman.

  • You mean this isn't anarchy now, cgordon6969?

    Oh.

Merely by the way, the French Revolution was not anarchy. Anarchy was what preceded the French Revolution.

  • Cenk! I love you man, but get your head out of your ass! MSNBC aint gonna happen, so quit trying to court mainstream media and be truly independent!!

  • The MSNBC bid is over.

  • i may not have a lot of FACTS straight surrounding 9/11 event... but PEOPLE!

MOST heavely defended place on the face of this rock? 4 plains...3 got through? 75% mision sucsess? hundred's of exsercises? trilians of dolars spent for defence before 9/11?

And thats OFFICIAL STORY? can't You people see it's fabricated?

    Defenetly another ''Lee Harvey Oswald''!!!!!

  • The terrorists were cunning. And no one is invincible.

  • haha... i mean its not funy but stil... Lmao... CENK!!! You are supose to be an intelectual?!?!!??

It's rare to see you speak like u can't or don't want to think... sorry but i hope You realy think that that guy is the mastermind (especialy if You're goverment say it so loudly), orherwise you would be lieing and you'd be the young turds for me...

  • MynameIspointless--Cenk is about as much an intellectual as Steve Allen was.

  • Ok where the hell are we suppose to try these idiots in the middle of the ocean where the crime didn't occur? Some refubs and ignoramus people will never get it!~ They are nothing more than shit for brains!~

  • I after all still think that out of the two possibilities, it's more likely that the whole 9/11 stuff was an inside job. So calling this guy the "mastermind" sounds ridiculous to me.

  • 3)status with other extemists. Also, the longer he's alive, the greater the chance of his friends taking hostages to get him freed. Justice? I'll tell you what's justice. Handcuff him, throw him in a pig pen, and let the other pigs eat him.

  • That's not justice, that's vengeance.

  • I really can't grasp the problem here. If this guy is found guilty, he will be sentenced accordingly. If not, he will be set free. This is the case with every supposed criminal, terrorist or copyright infringer. If this is not a good deal for you, go join your friends in al qaida. Thank you and good night.

  • 2) is only one good reason for him not being tried and executed by a military tribunal by now , and that would be to use him as a source of information. Of course if he was tried and executed by a military court, you'd probably be whining about it. Also, i don't believe your statistics on the acquital rates for military trials. Nuremberg worked pretty well. Now you're going to have a media circus that takes forever, makes the O.J. trial look dignified, and gives this clown enhanced rock star

  • So killing thousands of Americans on American soil isn't an act of war, huh ? I'm glad to hear that , because I thought the people that did this might actualy consider themselves to be at war with us, like they said they are. Also, I guess Dresden and Hiroshima aren't acts of war, because they targeted civilians. You're an idiot.

  • seriusly, cenk gives obama credit for everything, even stuff he has nothing to do with.

  • I guess Cenk is still taking everything at face value again. I cant ever go back to doing that. ever again.

    Its all a show.

  • 1) U.S. Constitutional rights are a unique and precious birthright for U.S. citizens, not for the foreign dirtbags that hate America and her Constitution, and go out of thier way to attack her. It incenses me that this dirtbag is going to get the same Constitutional rights as American citizens ( talk about casting pearls before swine) This bozo doesn't even deserve Geneva Convention rights. He didn't wear the recognized military uniform of any country that signed the Geneva Convention. There

  • If you've even bothered to read the constitution that you're talking about, you'd know that everyone is entitled to a trial, not just US citizens.

  • go back to school. the U.S. Constitution grants rights to ALL people (citizens, legal residents, illegal citizens, etc). We either had to use US. law or the law of the Geneva Conventions or military justice. Unlike the Bush Administration trying to crave out a space between our laws and the Geneva Conventions, there is no such thing as an "enemy combatant".

  • Comment removed

  • some would say both were acts of terriers.

  • go vote for the young turks at podcastawards they should be reminding us but they rnt so i will try to remember to remind the tyt army

  • He shouted "Allah Akbar " before shooting his victims He was motivated by religion. He had correspondence with radical Muslims, so he's not just a garden variety killer. He's part of the Muslim war against the West that's been going on for at least 30 yrs. After 9 -11, how much of a wake up call do people like you need ?

  • that's just gonna cause massive transportation problems in lower Manhattan, just hold the trial in Albany,

  • I don't know what God your'e talking about, you must have never read the Old Testament.

  • they should just kill the guy. end off story. fuck the CJ system. its corrupt anyway

  • @cgordon6969--

    completely false.

they do not have the rights afforded by the constitution they have the rights provided by artical 3 of the geneva convention. ie minimal rights. ie FUCK THEM. swift military trial and goodnight.

the only shame here is that there is no hell for them to spend the rest of eternity with their 72 whores.

  • Wrong dumb ass terrorist and war criminals are not protected by the Constitution.

  • Ah but we are talking about terrorist here not criminals. They get military tribunals not not constitutional rights. Nice try, please come again.

  • We didnt capture them in our homeland numbnuts. these are prisoners of war NOT United States citizens, and as such considering the nature of the crimes they should be tried in MILITARY COURTS.

  • I find wrong putting this man to face his crimes and not the ones done to him.

  • Just what the left wing was wanting. Make them victims.

  • I sir, in no way am part of the left wing. In fact I have much vested interest in the matter. My father works across the street from the WTC and remembers the day and is still cleary affected. I take the path train(Metro station underneath what was the twin towers) everyday to school and lament everyday back and forth. I remember on the day and the three years after wanting absolute punishment for these people.

  • Architecturally the World Trade Towers were among the most monumental eyesores that have ever been built on the planet.

    And they sucked inside too.

Plus they were probably structurally unsound to boot.

  • I however can not see a just method putting these men on trial when we also commited devestating crimes to these men. By our actions after their caputre justified their crimes and played their game. I'd be very slow to label someones position because I am in fact on your side, that is the side oppose to Obama on this issue.

  • Devastating how? If our own troops are water boarded why is it not good enough for terrorist? Thats my whole point. We do it to our own, why not the enemy?

Your comment ties in to what I said earlier here. They are going to make them victims cause thats there only defense.

  • 9/11 wasn't orchestrated by terrorists.

  • you must be one of the dumbest tyt people I've encountered so far.

the bullshit you type to defend 9/11 not being an act of war is beyond stupid.

    YOU FAIL

  • There is no way he/she/it can speak without the conspiracy theories. There he/she/it will have nothing to say.

  • the Pentagon was a military target you dumb shit

  • the alternative is a military tribuneral

  • cgordon i guess you're not aware that muslims are taking over large pieces of real estate by outbirthing everyone - western europe will be under sharia law in a few decades - so Tim McVeigh is mickey mouse comparatively speaking. Wake up!

  • who is gonna be defending him in court?

  • truer words have never been spoken cgordon6969..alot of americans are brainwashed by the media therefore they are alot less intelligent..and yes i am a american unfortunately

  • As far as I can tell, neither the young turks nor anyone who has commented on this video has any idea what is really going on.

    1) Obama is really putting the CIA on trial. He has no respect for the people who defend this country and wants the CIA to be disrespected.

    2) "the mastermind" will ot actually go to trial because under the American Justice system, he can say that he was held without being charged and the courts will set him free because the NYC courts are controlled by liberals.
