Yeah this was the best mission in Black Ops. Able to use the SR-71 in a Killstreak was awesome. MW3's 'Advanced UAV' sucks balls, at least with SR-71 it kept the indicators solid instead of blips on the radar.

It was expensive to make and to fuel, it leaked fuel badly when it was on the ground.

It was a reconnaissance jet and became obsolete with satellite imagery.

But my god is it beautiful.

It's also bigger than they made it out to be in this game.

@elick0 the sr71 and the ac130 are incomparable. The sr71 is a supersonic surveillance plane, the ac130 is a gunship/transport plane. It's like comparing a knife to a microphone.

@Holret lol yes i agree about the drama,being i am close to the blackbird family history ,the takeoff and how they operated the whole thing was all very Action movie style lol,i wish i would have been in charge of just this part hahaha.i could have made it cinimatic and much more goosebumpy but more realistic.The takeoff for example could have been very gracefull and loud but whatever im glad to see them giving credit to the plane in a popular game for once. way to go COD!
