I think it's about the struggle of raising a child, and not always being able to take a break even at peak of fatigue. When she gets to the top, she decides to ride down in the stroller. I think that symbolizes that taking the easy or fun way out regardless of those who depend on you, would not only hurt you, but those relying on you that need you. This makes this video kinda sad because just because she took the easy way out, they will both be hurt.

I think you maybe just be thinking too much. There is a chinese saying which literally means first bitter then sweet. In life you work hard first, building and maintaining your success. Only after you are successful, you get to enjoy what you earned. Sure, money doesn't guarantee happiness but it sure does help!
