Gorgeous, but unfortunatley, I don't know many cafes (especially the one I work in) that quite have enough time to do that on any coffees. I wish.

I have to settle for a couple of ferns, rosetta or hearts :)

Well steamed milk is made with strong and dry steampower, usually from a solid espesso machine. If you have powerfull steam, you can texturise it like that.

What tools do you need to make all of this at home?

@LunaStripes Pretty much everything to make good espresso and steamed milk with a nice microbubble structure. Meaning a decent espressomachine with enough steampower and good coffee as well as a good quality of milk. The topping is plain chocolat sauze.

Just regular chocolat topping, homemade or from any shop. Needs to be liquid enough to design.

Lots of patience can help to learn it or find a barista school in your neighborhood and take the classes, they can provide you the basic techniques.

Coffee taste soft, milk sweet and chocolate relatively dominant, yes for the sweet thoot, no for the espressodrinker, yes for those who like both ;-)

The cream keeps it from spilling and creates a nice platform to make the design on.

Sure, it's just not served often, takes a little time also, therefore we serve free pour latte's when it's crouded

Chocolate topping from any shop, like for your ice cream. Well-foamed milk can have it all. Glad you like it, this summer I will put some more videos with and without etching online, keep looking.
