Alot of my post disappeared.Anyways~It turned out I had a urinary tract infection but I am telling you my appendix hurt Really Bad!I stopped all food intake,drank warm water with lemon,Kalelicious from whole foods(Kale,spinach,frozen mango chunks,lemon,and freshly juiced green apples)at night.On the 3rd day,at night,I had raw asparagus and some steamed spaghetti squash.I knew if I went to the hospital that,if you don`t have a fever and are not throwing up,they won`t help you.This video is GREAT!

Whatever...this video still helped me because I am telling you the pain WAS in my appendix.I didn`t do enemas..I can`t abuse myself like that.But I drank spirulina in purified water with a little bit of organic apple juice(not a juice fan but it helps the spirulina go down easier)and that helped the chlorophyl intake.

Dose it really grow back? And of so what's the years estimate, I had mine removed in 2010 sept, and I was 18, now I'm 20 , do you think protein powder can rebuild muscle or the apendix?
