Looks to me like an ingrown hair follicle. Happens to me all the time. The hair first grows outward then curls down toward the skin. It continues to puncture the skin and continues to grow under the skin. As it grows and curls under the skin it creates the bump you see. Let me help you. People know the difference between contrails and chemtrails. You can learn to. It's easy.

First of all, I have never heard anyone say contrails don't exist, your the first. Secondly to tell the difference between the two is simple. A contrail does not spread out very much at all. It gets a bit wider and then disappears within a few minutes. A chemtrail (depending on the wind) stays in the air for a long time. It gets very wide and spreads out.

It's obvious when you see it.
