  • On the rotations, hold a broomstick / medicine ball / plate stretched around eye level and rotate with that. Love that movement coupled with L-sits

  • @brownhd Adding in that external force makes it 100x harder lol. Especially the plate... We couple it with push-up plank holds a lot to help get the hips stretched back out after being in this position for awhile.
