  • you got several very good trombone players in your school. I hope my school is also like that ...

  • I like the tone color of trombone because it is so powerful than any instrument even on valved trumpets, but in Greensleeves, I will prefer trumpets because trombone's power do not fit the sweetness of its notes, so it appears harsh.

  • @TheLfwjo personally, I think (high school) trumpets can be even more harsh than the trombone... but I think greensleeves would sound wonderfully smooth and sweet with euphoniums and tubas

  • @clarenceandbilly I agree, I like it on trombones/euphoniums/tubas. That's how we played it last year for our Christmas concert, though our bass trombone player wanted the solo

  • I wish we still did stuff like this. Bobby B almost never sends us into sectionals anymore.

    p.s. my name has 2 t's

  • I love this piece. I played it with a church orchestra but it sounds great on trombones

    great job!

  • oh yeah...rockin' out on bass

  • Nice arrangement.

  • who recorded?

  • Very good,

You all should be very proud of this.

I have never heard a group so young, sound so good on the trombone.
