Well this week back in the gym I set 3 New Personal Records in Deadlift, Barbell Shoulder Press, and Lat Pulldown. I guess some relaxing pigging out is good from time to time.
I've gained 1.5Kg over Christmas so far and loving it. I've been trying to mass up heavy for months but have failed terribly. Who knew Guinness and several turkey & bacon meals a day would work :)

If u put on a few pounds during Xmas. It's just water I can't believe how people have been brain washed to think they can't eat. Chances are most of u have ur carbs low so when u eat carby stuff ur body weight goes up. It's not fat. Calm down put ur carbs back to we're u usually have them work hard in the gym and in a matter of 3 days u will probably weigh less.

Can you tell me the dosage to mix with caffeine/aspirin & should I take this as pre-workout instead of my regular pre workout drink (MP assault)? Also when is the best time to take BCAA's to keep me from losing my muscle tissue, thanks again man.
Take 24mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffeine on an empty stomach before exercise. Ideally before cardio first thing in the morning and again later in the day before your weight training workout. (You don't need the aspirin.) You can take this along with your regular supplements that you are taking now with your workouts. And the best time to take BCAA's is during your weight training workouts.
How stupid u won't need to reverse anything just go back to they way u next day and that's it. That weight u see on the scale isn't actual body fat it's just water and glycogen. U don't gain pounds of body fat in one day and u don't lose lbs of body fat in a day either. People relax geeeeeeez!!!!!!

It really depends on the individual, their body type, metabolism, etc. Some ectomorphs can benefit from purposely "bulking up". But people who have a tendency to gain fat easily will often put on more bodyfat then muscle when "bulking". A better approach is to cycle your diet like the 21-Day Fast Mass Building Program. You need both high and low reps. The number of reps you'll do will vary depending on the exercise you are doing. Check out my video called:
