Another case where you do this very well.

If the change is from the uke to this full size classic, I can see it being quite a size shock, especially the wide classical neck. Still, though, barre chords should come fairly easily, unless... maybe I'm just hallucinating, but it almost looks (and sounds) as if you have steel strings on this guitar. Do you? Or is it just me being stupid?

try playing it but instead of having your whole finger as a bar, put your finger down on the first fret of the b string (so its like your playing an E chord that has been moved forward). This sounds cool as long as you dont hit the low string.
