Great video. I have been wanting to make my own rice noodles. I have most of the equipment you show in your video, so it looks like I am ready to go. Thank you again for posting this.
great video! I cant wait to try it. I always wanted to try it but I thought it would be too hard to make. Now i can try it after seeing your video, thanks
Wow! Just made them! So easy! I couldn't believe how great that the noodles turned out. I substituted corn starch for the wheat starch because of gluten intolerance. It worked beautifully. Thank you so much for posting!
Great video, love the way to trouble shoot the dough by adding a touch of water to thin it out! If i didn't know any better i probably would be frustrated! Thanks!
Great video - thanks for sharing! I have also made these by soaking rice overnight, and then running it through the blender. Yours look great! I am going to try your recipe as soon as I can find the wheat starch. I also like the way you showed the dishes that you make with the rice noodles. Very clear. Again, thanks for posting!.
Totally awesome! You covered a lot of bases for me and I'm headed off to the kitchen. I am a vegetarian, but I really think I can get these recipes to work just as well for my homemade seitan as the pork! Thanks again!

Hi! I used about 1 cup rice flour, 2 tablespoons of wheat starch (so use 2 Tablespoons of corn starch) and 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch/flour.

I hope the recipe turns out for you. In terms of fillings, any flavorful filling should be fine.
Play around with the recipe to make your own variation. :-)
Have fun!
