  • So, you when you buy marijuana anywhere and they scan your identification or manually enter your CDL number like they do with alcohol...

It is still federally illegal to possess it.

You get the federal summons in the mail saying you have to pay the $1000.00 bail or have a federal warrant issued for your arrest - - or they deduct it from your tax return.

The security camera in the store picture has your picture with marijuana in your possession...

See how that shit works??? Technology...

  • The stupid liberals keep feeding the IRS monster.

Do they really think taxing marijuana will not get attention from the IRS?

Do they really think worker's compensation liability insurance, OSHA, auto insurance and tax audits aren't going to be a factor here?

Obama just hired an army of IRS agents for this reason.

Wait until the IRS requires retailers and non-profits to scan their identification wherever this is sold. All that information will no longer be private.

  • @SirWinstonChurchill My comments about legal-illegal are NOT endorsement of any gov program to "tax & regulate". Au contraire, babylon gov has no right to either taxing or regulating. Constitution for united states prohibits the tax, administrative agencies cannot make laws. Congress did not have authority to empower admin agencies or give away power to coin money.

  • @Marleyites

I am against any tax on a fruit of the earth, it does not belong to the government.

This current "legalize" fallacy is rewarding the people who screwed up the budget to begin with from taxes on marijuana.

Instead of throwing the illegals out, they will misdirect attention to taxing pot (in the guise of saving the budget) or extorting from people their natural rights to fruits of the earth.

  • @SirWinstonChurchill Agreed on every point. What do you suggest to do about it?

  • @Marleyites

    A new initiative amendment...

"All California law, both civil and criminal, concerning marijuana is hereby repealed by the people of California.

Any public official, public employee, or judge in California who violates this amendment to the California Constitution by making any laws, or imposing any tax, rules or regulation of marijuana is subject to arrest, criminal prosecution and ten years in prison."

  • @SirWinstonChurchill excellent. I'd add, at the end: "... and ten years in prison, at hard labor, with no parole or pardon."

  • @Marleyites

I am samurai... let 'em chew on that...

  • @SirWinstonChurchill Rastafari. You have a way with words, on point & subtle yet explosive at same time.

  • @Marleyites

My initiative also takes money out of the equation.

Marijuana cannot be sold or bought, it can only be grown and used.

Retail is regulation, which would be illegal. No currency can be exchanged or it is tax evasion.

Marijuana would be free like the earth should be. People could give it away, share it or trade things for it. Isn't that what the rasta weed is supposed to be all about?

You see, I know a little about Rastafari... it is a way of the earth free from greed.

  • @SirWinstonChurchill That's the most eloquent explanation of Rastafari I've ever heard. I knew you knew & could explain the essence of Rastafari, which is also the essence of all ever-living life. Why are people continually duped by babylon? I live w/ & take care of my 81 y/o mom who watches fox all day. This morning they peddle the glory of huge MJ bust & finding tunnels from Mexico. Reminding us how they keeping us safe from drugs & terrorists both. Why do sheeple buy this crap?

  • who gives a $uck what they think anyway!

  • They do support it now, good call.

  • Right on mate...

  • this is all true but without a gun you might better kiss your dick

  • hey go to the state of maine. i got busted trafficking 4 fukin oz by the d.e.a. and they wrote me a fuckin ticket for trafficking lol. i was on vacation from oklahoma. it cost me $1000 for the attorney and $1500 dollar fine. thank god i was in maine or id be goin to prison if i was in oklahoma. im bi polar so im hyper and the dea told me to get a medical marijuana card lol. i would move to maine if it wasnt so cold

  • 400,000 deaths from lung cancer that comes from cigs

30,000 deaths from kidney failure that comes from alcohol

and what do u think the deaths from marijuana is?

    80,000?

    20,000?

no and if u think that u need help

there has never been any recorded death from marijuana in all recorded history

so wich one would u use?

  • It seems alot of people miss the point of legalizing marijuana. Its not about wanting to get high with out having to worry about the 5-0. Its not about proving that its one of the safest drugs known to man, although this all helps, Its about our freedoms which are clearly stated in the US Constitution which we have adopted, that are CLEARLY being violated.

Its not illegal for me to drive a car, ride a skateboard, or eat mcdonalds, yet all of these are more harmful than marijuana

  • Never going to happen.

Yes i agree with you on most points of why it should be "re-legalized" but "The Man" also known as the Pharmaceutical companies and our Government will not allow it. Its is not only taking $ away from the Pharmaceutical Co. but it is proven to stimulate the mind. Which those who have power and control over us do not want.

It's like teaching a slave how to read and write.

  • @FkinHologram Exactly! Now, pharma profits go to gov+pharma. If legal, people will see curing of many incurables: cancer, diabetes, alzheimers, MS. And, cures without spending 1 cent w/ pharma. Cannabis income will go to The People. Many will grow their own. More money NOT going to pharma+gov. Drug war will stop. Overseas wars will stop - people will not fight anymore - they'll see the foolishness. Financial & spiritual benefit to the people? pharma+gov will fight to the finish to stop it.

  • @Marleyites

Insurance companies are far worse than pharmaceutical companies.

  • @SirWinstonChurchill the IRS is illegal. so is this current president - who must be natural born, and he's not. I do not recognize the authority of these so-called "authorities" to tax & regulate a plant. Nor to make a plant ILLEGAL. Like Bob Marley says: "can you tell God it's not legal?" F them F anyone who supports them. Power to anyone willing to stand up for a government by the people & for the people, otherwise, you're cowards.

  • @Marleyites

I am completely against taxing any fruit of the earth. It does not belong to the government.

    Prop. 19 is a fraud.

    Tea party tomorrow!

  • @Marleyites

  • @SirWinstonChurchill "marijuana" is slang term to discredit latino/mexicans who were demonized as both cause & effect for the problems this plant supposedly brought in 30's, when fed so-called government made it "illegal." I don't recognize their power to make the most useful plant on earth illegal. Anyone that would purchase cannabis & leave a record or trail for the govdogs to track them down is crazy. The only sane action is to get anyone OUT who believes they can lockup cannabis user-grower.

  • @SirWinstonChurchill Charlotte Iserbyt wrote this great book: The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America. It's free on her website as pdf or you can buy copy from me which I bought from her to support her work. She provides some commentary but most of it (90+%) it's babylon's own documents about dumbing us down & bringing in USSR-type system. The sheeple prove they've been a grand success. Marching off like lemmings into babylon abyss. How did you survive intact? Me? I skipped school most of time.

  • Well done re-legalize it, let us all grow it in the backyard with our tomatoes.

  • U r awesome I love marijuana!

  • alcohol and cigarrettes are causing problems already we don't need another "

    junk" legalize.

  • you need to get your facts straight. get educated. you DIDN'T EVEN WATCH THE VIDEO.

it's safe: no one has ever died from cannabis use. it's not junk. alcohol and cigarettes are incredibly dangerous on the other hand.

  • some people even consider it a medicine ...

  • yea so we should make alcohol and cigs illeagle and leagalize pot

  • right? good point !

  • 50% of Americans support the legalization of marijuana? THATS AWESOME! Also LOL at the CNN poll on if "Marijuana should be legal". I cannot wait till the day we will have hash bars in America like they do in Amsterdam.

  • nless you get out and drop logic bombs on everyone you know its going to be hard to change

  • I agree, people get there weed from dealers that sell them into crack....

  • vote ron paul to legalize cannabis....

  • too late

  • yes friend it is ..sad day ...

    & our votes don't matter anyway ...

as far as i'm concerned ron paul is the TRUE prez' ...

  • im thinking about moving to amsterdam

  • i thought about it to go to canada instead amsterdam 10hrs away from so cal any way great place though real fun

  • im all for that sounds like fun

  • Yes! Thank you for speaking out on this issue, I support your position fully

  • w w w . above the ingnorance . o r g

  • Hell the only problems i seen come from marijuana were car accidents, same thing with alcohol though, under the influence, other then that i think we've all seen more problems from alcohol related problems.

  • Ron Paul will pardon all non-violent drug offenders...Vote Ron Paul in 2008 -- There are many more reasons youtube him to find out, pass this on to all. To get him on the 2008 primary you must be registered as a Republican.

  • Yeahhh get them!!! By the way, you should discuss soldiers like me, diagnosed with PTSD (combat stress) from Iraq. A shitload of us are placed on Marijuana. I havent stepped up yet, but planning on it. Lets be patriotic America, support the soldiers, legalize it!

  • outstanding Please keep up all the good work!!!

  • I agree with the premis of your goal and argument. Of course I think you might be preaching to the choir.

Glen Beck is nothing more than a NWO mouth peice. Dobbs falls short of truth. I think you and your cause should consider joining the Ron Paul Revolution.

    Freedom is popular!

  • Currently I'm trying to get beyond the choir by showing "Pro Immigration Enforcement advocates" that Re-Legalization of Marijuana could reduce both immigration and terrorism. That's why I'm reaching out to Dobbs & Beck. I do support Ron Paul on issues such as the Federal Reserve and support his presidency. But as a former Libertarian I am concerned that he might hurt working Americans with some of his free market idealism. One thing I'm sure we can agree: America is in deep trouble.

  • @bcainw

You make a lot of sense. I agree with most of what you say here...

I oppose any tax on a fruit of the earth.

Instead of erasing laws people want to make more?

    I want a Tea Party...

  • @bigeffendeal When this commnt has the most likes, America is in a lot of trouble.

  • The "Merp" model for Legalizing Marijuana has many "intended consequences" that will reverberate once enacted. Drug gangs and terrorist organizations will be destabilized, attorneys will loose 800,000 clients annually and the Pharmaceuticals will have to compete with Marijuana: one of mankind's best medicines. Since no one really knows the full extent of current profits, from the artificial "black marketing of Marijuana, it is difficult to gauge the fallout once "Merp" erases those profits.

  • You overlook the obvious. There's no "we" in deciding what's best for the people living in the United States. The government decides and "we" the people are powerless. Seventy years of reasoning has done no good because reason never wins over brute force. We the people should take a lesson from our fellow freedom fighters in Iraq and Afghanastan. They are not going quietly into the night like the sheeple in the United States.

  • I can't recall where the quote comes from:

"Hope for peace, but be prepared for war."

The recalcitrance of the government to do the obvious (e.g., Re-Legalizing Marijuana) is but the tip of a large iceberg of elitist deceit. I hope that we can force the hand of this shadow government (IMF, CFR, EU, NAU) through reason and non-violent civil disobedience. But we will know, very soon, which road we must take.

  • Yes, bcainw, I agree the war on drugs is but the tip of the iceberg. That's why I say "we" (as in we the people) are past the point (70 years)of presenting a reasonable alternative to prohibition of certain drugs. The shadow government that initiated drug prohibition is still in existence and not about to change their strategy to strengthen their puppet government in Washington. We have been practicing non-violent civil disobedience for 70 years to no avail.

  • The government apparatus to handle 800,000 disobedient protesters a year is in place. Short of everyone of those 800 thousand insisting they be put in jail, the government can handle civil disobedience. Good grief. When a government declares war on a society, the time for talk is past. I find your video disturbing because it seems you haven't come to that realization yet.

  • And furthermore, what difference is it going to make if Lou Dobbs supports legalization or not? President Jimmy Carter, made sounds like he supported legalization, and he had the power to stop the drug war with an executive order, but he didn't do it. Please explain what you mean by: "we will know very soon which road we must take".

  • I believe the US is headed for an economic tsunami which has been "engineered" by the global elite. 2.2 million US families are projected to loose their homes in 2007, while we are allowing 2 million foreign elite visa holders in to buy up those very homes. WE ARE BEING COLONIZED BY FORIEGN WEALTH. This understated fact could, in fact, be the fuse that sets off a new American Revolution. This is but one of many "inconvenient truths" Americans must come to grips with.
