You're a bigot Livia. Ban me from a public park just because you hate me because I enjoy smoking. It's clear that it is smokers themselves via passed on costs, not the tobacco industry that you are ripping off through the settlement agreement and smokers themselves you are being hateful toward. Your's is a war on common folks that smoke based on "second hand smoke" junk science, lies, and greed.

@sedna69a Smokers aren't common - they're the ignorant fools that decide to feed the tobacco monster. You're not banned from the public parks; you just can't puff your poison there. And it's not junk science. 100% of all smokers will die. period. that's the only statistic I need.

100% of non-smokers will also die, It's just a question of when and how. What is your problem, if you don't like smoking then don't smoke.

Did you know that non-smokers are actually MORE at risk of having a stroke than smokers according to the study done for the Netherland's Ministery of Health and that a non-smoker will cost $91,000 more in lifetime health care costs. So anti-smokers will cost me a disproportionate share more of society's medical costs. :(
