The most top quality breeders with alot of experience develope the best strains in California. The laws their help with marijuana also, Fresno bein a high plant operation city. Although some growers and their strains have spread out to other states, but the most experienced breeders live in California thats why its so good. The majority of weed in the US is distributed and grown is in Cali also..as for other countries idk
