@supermariosoniclover I use the gamecube controller. I think you're referring to his down special, which is just like the classic Sonic games. You have to rev that spindash by holding down and continually pressing special (1). The more you rev the faster you'll go.

Sonic is fast but in Brawl his attacks are a little bit slow, like captain falcon. In tournament nobody had him... The most used we're Snake , Meta Knight, Wario , Dedede and Marth.

Yes, Sonic has his problems, but he is most definitely a threat that should not be underestimated. It matters not how many people use him, but how well those that do use him place.

After watching Stage 11, I remember how much I hate Brawl's AI and how when it's a free-for-all with AI, they target ONLY YOU. They might as well have just made Stage 11 a 1v3 stage.

@madskilliz Fun fact is that kojima ( i think thats spelled right) actually asked nintendo to put snake into melee but they were to far into development so they to wait till brawl. As for knuckles maybe next time cause sonic barely made it in this game. It was only because of snakes appearence did the demand for 3rd party characters sky rocket.
