Well there has been tons of comparisons of TOuhou characters to other characters. There's Sakuya to Dio brando(Jojo's Bizzare Adventure), There's Nue to Flandre. There's even Murasa to May(Guilty Gear)!
Just as a note to all, I think this album is on the Lunatic Red forum, there's a link in his profile. Adauchi has alot to do, so i think he's kinda busy and he doesn't have the time to answer everyone.
She's commonly referred to in the Touhou community as 'UFOwen' because of a conceived familiarity between her theme music and Flandre's, the odd objects she sports on her back compared to Flandre's wings, and even some of her attacks. I can see SOME semblence, but, she's pretty distinctively her own character to me.
And both themes rock individually on their own rights, too, remixes like this especially. Another great upload, Adauchi!

THE NEXT BEST THING FROM FLAN-CHAN! seriously, the theme is a clone, except in better quality, and for that one non-insane part in the middle.

Agreed, and moreover, don't you find her knives/tails a bit reminiscent of Flan's "Christmas lights" ? (may be a bit far-fetched though)
