The shots woulda been better during the day, or while the sun was setting woulda made for some cool lighting, with the orange in the background.
The camera was generally stable which is good; that's extremely important. You might be able to stuff a small tripod in a backpack which could be useful for certain shots, but it would be used so little that it's really not worth it.
Maybe try to get the cameraman's shadow in the shot less; not that big of a deal though.
Longer shots are mostly better. For instance, start recording standing at the rail/jump, zoomed in on talent, when they're still 30 seconds from hitting it. Zoom out as they get closer and film as normal. Then with editing, speed the shot up so that 30 seconds is only 3 seconds, then when they're gonna hit it slow it back down to normal speed, or maybe slow-mo if it's really cool. Match the music, like arrange the clips so talent lands to the beat. Maybe throw in a white flash on that beat too.
As for the quality, there's really nothing you can do about that. A better camera obviously means better picture, but with YT's limited features, bad quality is bad quality. Overall a good video; keep it up.
