That's looking really good! I actually have a 1928 Model AR Tudor in the back of my garage very similar to this. It's two-tone (dark green with black running boards & roof) with a more modern tire/wheel setup, but otherwise stock-ish and very similar to yours. Very beautiful cars!
@johndeereman2009 That's real cool that he intends to pass it down to you. They really are great cars. He should let you have it while he's still around so he can have the fun of seeing you enjoying it.
Grandpa married grandma is one of those. He talked about it until his last days. Don't remember exactly what year it was, but it was his favorite for sure.
@OldsCutlass1978 If you haven't seen it already. Search: "Model A Cosworth" here on YouTube. A guy was able to keep the original look, but re-engineer the car entirely so that it handles and runs like a sports car.
@RamblinAround Yeah I saw that car. It has a full race Cosworth engine that looks like a vintage ford engine making 250 hp and 0-60 in 5 seconds. The car was tuned in Finland.
Pretty basic stuff back then. I can remember Mom/Dad talking about them I think that was one of the reasons my Dad became a Mechanic. It was about the feel.
Thanks for sharing. As much as I love a beautiful custom hot rod, it's nice to see some of the original vehicles that the rods are based on. Very cool.
Ohhh...beuatifull ramblim.Thank you man for the show. Not many redone to that degree.I sure appreciate your giving us a view of it sir.

That automobile is a thing of beauty. What is Country Classic Cars a dealership for restored vehicles?
PhilipQsongwriter1 1 year ago
@PhilipQsongwriter1 Yes, exactly. The sell vintage automobiles that are either owned by the dealership or on consignment from the owners.

My grandpa has a 1929 model A with a rumble seat. And my grandpa told me that when he is gone that it will be mine

@bisquik3006 That's real cool.......the only car story I have about my Grandpa is that he used to get drunk and try to steer with his feet.

@RamblinAround I hope you aren't complaining. That's about as good as a story gets.

I love seeing these cars in hot rod form but sometimes you just want to keep it original and simple like it was back then. Nothing wrong with that.

@pearsonba350 I agree, sometimes it's nice to see them how they were intended to be. We have to keep some of them original to preserve history.
