Impressive hike ! Know the area very well and used to drink at The Orson Inn nearby Mt Ararat and Sugarloaf. The Cliffs are much steeper (although not as high) as the 2 aforementioned peaks. Can't quite tell if Elk Mt is there to the NW. Didn't see radio towers or ski slopes but looked kind of like it. The view to the East is cool from Sugar Loaf and Ararat with the Catskills very visable on a clear day. Have a beer for me at Orson and great job. Hopefully the NYC folks don't move out this far
