It has enough Speed EVs to reach 210 at level 100. This is enough to tie with Modest Omastar @ level 50.

Actually, I'll give you a break. I did a legit hack check on everyone whom has batled me on PBR recently, and you were the only one whom passed with flying colors. As a result, I'll upload the first match that we had. The second cannot be uploaded due to a Scope Lens usage. Ignore the other reply.
