  • Many thanks for your reply. Please continue the good work! Very best regards from Belgium.

  • lol

  • this is hilarious.

  • However, if you study Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong, you learn that the Sacred Truth and the heart have no limitations. The essence of Sheng Zhen is unconditional love. The workshop last weekend was "Healing Qigong". You are viewing the 5th move of part 2; laughing out loud. Join us and enjoy the healing chi, as this also enhances your heart's smile. The chi in our hearts has a consciousness that is all of its own. Thank you for your time and consideration Tsennekikke. I appreciate your comments.

  • Healthier? I agree... if you talk about a certain group of people. For them it's like going to the toilet... simply because laughing releases lots of waste and tension that has been accumulated in te body. But, people with a higher level of being and consciousness know better. Trust my words and keep the energies within your body. Smile with your heart through your eyes. It's called: the Smile of the Bhuddha. Have a nice day!:)

  • @Tsennekikke This is HEALING qigong. It's for people who don't yet have the higher level of being and consciousness you speak of. Your way won't work for them and their way isn't right for you. We all enter the path from a different point. At some point they may graduate to the level where you are, but now they need to laugh...

  • Yes: the laughing part that starts the video off is somewhat bizarre, simply because the basic idea is the keep all energy in oneself and not to waste it in the way they showed us. The 'Ha'-mantra is used to heal the heart, but not by throwing out all that useful energy.

  • Well it's scientifically been shown to make you healthier. Look up laughing yoga.

  • i laughed and then i didnt, and again i laughed. It was great.

  • weirdos are on acid

  • The laughing part that starts the video off is somewhat bizarre but the rest of the video is fine.

  • Am I missing something here? What's the punchline? He he tell some kind of joke?

  • I have watched this video many times now. I look forward to the future so I can meet Teacher Li.

  • anabel and Silvia

  • slightly freaky, but cool. made me laugh : )

  • As a martial artist who has trained for over 35 years, tai chi included, I find this form of qigong something I definitely will consider learning. Good job on a great video.

  • I give my sincere thanks for posting yet another video. Bless you.
