I'm impressed you are the only person on youtube that actually has a real ultra video...not one of those just combo videos...the main difference in your vid is that ultra happens right when the uppercut hits...not when they hit the ground like 99% of the ultra vids do. congratz man saberwulf may have an easy blink move but it isn't easy initiating his true ultra

The video is All Combos by fultz. It shows all max killers, ultras, time out glitch ultras, time out glitch ultimates, and weird glitch.

@ASadisticBear Howling gives you a blink on the life bar. This allows you to do double rools on the special moves that you need to charge back, along with 3 hit combo breakers. Think of it like a 1 use "super special move". All other characters can get that blink by perfoming a combo breaker, but those are permannet. Sabrewulf is the only character that can "call" it at any time.

How do you do the rolling attack? I always start my combos with up, A, X,X,X, forward Y, backwards Y.

I wish Killer Instinct had come out in 1999 or 2000 instead of in 1995 I think. The SNES port was utter crap when compared to the arcade version. Just think of how pretty the N64 version was, and think of what it would've looked like on a PS2 or Xbox.
