The only vid on Youtube ive seen Tenchi: the avatar of one of the few (clamed) anime Omnipotents; and his feats! :D

Imma big DBZ fan, but i know full well there are anime and manga out there that are FAR above it, like Slayers (Lord of Nightmares >:D ), Noein (Multiversals like Haruka and Noein himself), Saint Seiya (lolGold Saints and many more), Digimon (Milleniummon and others), Pokemon (Arcaus), and more.

Too bad that from toriyama's mouth itself these very words are come out: "Dragon Ball is the Manga and the Anime"

Even if the anime is canon it's very inconsistant compared to the manga such as Goku AND Piccolo getting owned by a bus, Vegeta and Nappa blew up Arlia with simple Ki blasts but later on Ki blasts only seem to cause Nuclear type destruction.....

@786SalamKhan and the fact that anime and manga contraditc eachothers dosen't mean that one is canon and the other one isn't.

There is Manga AND Anime, both with their canonicity, just as for lot of other fictions.

And we've have far above planetbuster guys that still create nuclear destruction in cell and buu saga in the manga too ):I

the collateral damage excuse is apparently the better but in reality is almost "unusable" since it would disprove LOTS of other fictions too.

DBZ is nowhere close. The Sun>DBZ characters and Light Hawk Wings from Tenchi Muyo countered a BLACK HOLE! The three Choushin created the Tenchi Multiverse while Kami Tenchi is infinately above them.

@786SalamKhan oh...about the sun thing, well they always have a big, fat nice, energy attack in addition, however it seem that (at least in OVAS) they are fatally weak to high temperatures, even broly seem unable to withtstand even mere earth magma without an energy shield, and despite the non canonicity of ovas this time can HELP db, i still count it as a possible weakness (just for clarify you that i'm objective and honest)

In fact Z implies that you need a Universe buster to kill him with 2 Light Hawk Wings while his average is 5. How does DBZ go close to that? Also yeah I wanna see what you think. Busting: multi solar (far outclass a solar buster like cell)

Range: mult again solar (look how far vegeta ff goes)

Durability: ki related, multi solar at max

Speed: at that point far ftl for sure (dodged sunrays at pointblank as a kid)

Strength: ki related jusr as speed

I know is still below hghest tenchi, for him i would call vegito

@Dour888 1. Cell's statement doesn't make sense since he was refering to his Kamehamha wave which goes only in a straight line while you'd need an Omnidirectional attack to destroy it from within.

2. DBZ characters get owned by the sun so why would durability be Solar System?

3. Lightspeed would travel Earth's circumference 7x in 1 second while DBZ characters at max speed take several minutes travelling the Earth's Circumference.

ok, lots of dbz haters always cry dragon ball haven't feats and put it at ridiculy low levels since "durr it havant fets 8S" but with thenchi muyo they howl that is the anime counterpart of Marvel's TOOA (the one above all) despite IT SHOW SOMETHING OF VERY SIMILAR
