The ad-libbing in this episode is great! Perhaps the most famous episode of The Phil Silvers Show. Makes me think that this is quite possibly the best sitcom ever written and produced!

Without question, Bilko was the funniest show ever to come out the States since the advent of television. By the best of my knowledge it's got to be some years now since the BBC gave them an airing??
