using finger tips to close the holes on indian bansuri is not a good idea 3rd and 6th hole should be covered with tips of the fingers 1st 2nd 4th and 5th should be covered with middle part of the fingers then u have more control on the bansuri and ur fingers will move smoothly and playing bansuri would be more fun good luck

Is really big, and sometimes I tried to play with middle part of the fingers, anyway I have big fingers and Im still learning what is my best fit for the instrument.
