@GhettoKakashi there are clinics that will allow you to do this if you are 18 or older with hardly any trouble and if you are 16 or older it is a process but it will eventually happen. but 18 or older you jdont need consent from your parents. the longer way to do it is to go to a therapist. i know most require 3 months of therapy first, and then they will write you a letter, THEN you need to find an endocrinologist who will actually administer the shots, and youll go every 2 weeks.

Subcutaneously? Really? I suppose some doctors are doing that, because it's safer for TRT patients to inject small amounts of T like once every three days. Its risky though (and docs have known this for a long time) due to the incidence of nerve damage.

That 200mg/mL shit is like syrup! It makes sense though, you can't inject large volumes sub-q.
Good luck with the sub-q injections, IMs aren't bad at all if you're still worried about that stuff.
AND injecting in the booty is no longer recommended (they have discontinued even mentioning it in nursing school and medical school as an option for IM injections) and basically you should just inject in your thigh (less incidence of nerve damage, higher/faster rates of absorption and redistribution)

yeah, my endocrinologist gave me a small needle and told me to do it sort of where my hips are/further back to my butt. on the bottle it says to inject it subcutaneously, which means the fat right under the skin.. i don't know why he would prescribe it to me that way if it's not good for me?
i'm doing .25ml of 200mg/ml testosterone, so its 50mg a week.
in regards to your injections: T is supposed to be administered intermuscularly, so do not worry about the fat content of your butt, lol. Fat doesn't absorb and redistribute testosterone well at all, especially if you're using a higher concentration of T (200mg/mL and up)

For your shots though, aren't you supposed to be injecting T into the muscle (so the fat wouldn't matter much either way)? At any rate, I find it's helpful for the pain if you put pressure on the area before the shot (so like push your thumb into the site for a couple seconds before swabbing with alcohol). Then massaging afterward and keeping it stretched really makes it not hurt so bad for so long.

Subcutaneously? Really? I suppose some doctors are doing that, because it's safer for TRT patients to inject small amounts of T like once every three days. Its risky though (and docs have known this for a long time) due to the incidence of nerve damage.
Hmm so do you not do your own injections then?
That 200mg/mL shit is like syrup! It makes sense though, you can't inject large volumes sub-q.
Good luck with the sub-q injections, IMs aren't bad at all if you're still worried about that stuff.

AND injecting in the booty is no longer recommended (they have discontinued even mentioning it in nursing school and medical school as an option for IM injections) and basically you should just inject in your thigh (less incidence of nerve damage, higher/faster rates of absorption and redistribution)
Have you always injected in your butt, for lack of better words?

yeah, my endocrinologist gave me a small needle and told me to do it sort of where my hips are/further back to my butt. on the bottle it says to inject it subcutaneously, which means the fat right under the skin.. i don't know why he would prescribe it to me that way if it's not good for me?
i'm doing .25ml of 200mg/ml testosterone, so its 50mg a week.

in regards to your injections: T is supposed to be administered intermuscularly, so do not worry about the fat content of your butt, lol. Fat doesn't absorb and redistribute testosterone well at all, especially if you're using a higher concentration of T (200mg/mL and up)

Surgery's looking great man, congrats again on the accomplishment.
For your shots though, aren't you supposed to be injecting T into the muscle (so the fat wouldn't matter much either way)? At any rate, I find it's helpful for the pain if you put pressure on the area before the shot (so like push your thumb into the site for a couple seconds before swabbing with alcohol). Then massaging afterward and keeping it stretched really makes it not hurt so bad for so long.
