I love people who comment on Beta footage 9 months after the game comes out talking about max level balance. This video was posted to help show people what the game was like during beta. No one had any idea what we were doing at that point in the game :).
@momosan00 The game still sucks. As with all other Korean made MMO's, it has little content that takes months of mindless repetitive grinding to obtain. The ONLY thing developers like NCSoft have in the mind when making these games is how long they can stretch your subscription. They don't give a shit about quality or content. Strong competition from serious MMO's is the reason why the Korean grind is becoming a thing of the past.
@30>40ish, it is a little rough for SMs to win 1v1, simply because of their lower dmg output. A single fear rotation will not kill a good cleric past lvl 30. That is a fact.
maybe you are able to beat a spiritmaster at lvl 26..(you almost died though..) But in high level, i don't think you or any other class stand a chance against a skilled spiritmaster..^^
Cleric was very very bad, he had all DoT's spells on him witch are SM's main dmg and didn't care to cast an instant spell that removes them all at once and has 0.5s recharge, also if you are chasing enemy in mid-air you use auto attack or Hallowed Strike l to chase him down, not your keyboard movement keys, there is no chance for SM to defeat Cleric on 1 vs 1 at lvl 26. Leater on Sm's ar the only class that Cleric has to fear face to face, sometimes Chanters beeing the 2nd.
kinda noob SM cuz didin't use his mot powerful skill - fear...I'm playing as SM its funny class tho... have no problems to kill any healer class.... but... its a nice video ^^ nice work ;)
Thanks! I did make two mistakes in the duel. First I thought I could simply burst her down and used my Flash of Recovery to continue closing distance on her. That's why my HP dropped to 40 at one point. Second is when i went into the air I didn't fly high enough to range her pet which caused it to deal more damage to me than it should've. Live and learn though :).
i disliked this shit cauz it is fake. Look at sm! She did not use any fears or silences..

Spiritmasters get 3 Fears. One at 28, another at 37, and a third one in mid 40s, I believe.
