when licchavis attacked and destroyed kirat kingdom in the kathamndu valley, many kiratis left kathmandu and settled in different parts of nepal. but some kiratis were left behind and others stayed behind because they did not want to part with their properties.
so these kiratis who stayed behind became newar.
now you know why some newaris looks like rai, limbu, sunuwar, dhimal, etc.

No other bands from Nepal can level up with Kandara ,Disagree with my comment then listen their 4 Albums 1. Chanchale Kanchi 2 .Kandara Vol- 2 3.Hong Kong Pokhara 4.Barsau Parsi and are from Pokhara.
Intro of song very nice, it look like another kandara rules.......but models and visual dissappointing....vocal great....bass guitarist doing nice job......
