yes it's one of my favourites of Tim too. I've been lucky enough to have seen him perform in Carnegie Hall way back in 1969. Too bad too many great people die way too young.
I have this CD..it takes my breath away no matter how many times I listen to it :) I think this is one of the world's most beautiful love songs. Never will there be another artist like Tim....
"Would you hide my fears and never say, tomorrow I must go."
"If you tell me of all the pain you've had oh I'll never smile again."
I swear to god these lines and the way Tim sang it brings me to my knees with tears down my face. Too beautiful. This little piece of music is life changing.
One of the most emotional performances you'll ever hear. This and Pleasant Street probably the two best tracks on one of the best live albums ever (matched only by Derek and the Dominos imo). The bit at the end of this (3:40) reminds me of Spinal Tap's Stonehenge when it goes slightly Irish - I can imagine Tap's dwarves jigging around to it!
My favorite Buckley tune, although "Get on Top" really does something for me ;) Buckley just had one of those voices that made him stand out from so many others...
Most beautifull song in the world performed by the best artist that has ever lived. no top 40 shit but music straigt from the heart. this is the true troubadour of music. damn i only wish i could see you perform one time, but i'll just have to wait t'll heaven. thanks for the music and best lyrics i've ever listened too, bye bye baby
This is from one of the best live records ever made/recorded.

I'm facing bad weather these days, take a look around the Internet and you'll see even today people today don't understand Tim.

If I gave up all of my pride for you
And only loved you for now
Would you hide my fears and never say
Tomorrow I must go ...
