I've only found this on a compilation of X-Files themes released over a decade ago, and the other themes by this UFO sound nothing like this. Me thinks they sampled this chorus, but God (maybe) knows where from.
I don't know how you are searching... Use google, or even right here at Youtube. In google even links for downloading, buying of watching videos come right up in the first 10 hits.
And if you just like to have the music as mp3, u can use a youtube-to-mp3 converter. Available for free at the first hit if you type 'free youtube mp3 converter' at google.
@Prozac8844 Yeah, I guess that's the only way to get it. I first saw this demo trailer in a... what was it called... Gex, the Gecko game? It was a PS1 game with a big lizard =P It was years ago and I didn't find anything about the music back then either.
I first saw this trailer a long time ago as a kid and it scared the shit out of me. The music and the monsters and the violence really got me and thus I was deathly afraid to play the game. Later on I found the game to be enjoyable and I felt like it was nothing. But I will always remember this trailer and this music for being one of the scariest things in my childhood.

Soul Reaver ma jeden z najbardziej klimatycznych soundtrackow. W ogole gra jest uber, ale oczywiscie tylko na Dreamcasta ;-)
