He simply pointed out the human rights violations that are being conducted at Gold Base and that if it was another "religion" that Stone could relate to, then some action would most probably be carried out against Scientology.

Just because your small mind can't comprehend that Mark was using real human rights violations that are happening at this very moment in Gold Base, and replacing scientology references with those of the Jewish faith so that Stone, another person who is simple minded, could understand it better.
