Hey! Very good walkthrough. But there is another, easier way to do this mission: when you get to the elevator, go to the 2nd floor. There is a dead SWAT guy. Take his clothes and weapon. Then go to the first floor and get out. You can easily walkpass the guards and don't have to kill anyone.Once you're out, escape via car. It's guaranteed to get Sillent Assassin. Peace!

does anyone know how to get that gattling gun that guy is holding at :19 secs? hes behind those double doors to the right, but that door is locked. i looked everywhere for the keycard, but i cant find it. also, if you follow the stairs down at 1:19 to the right and look through the double doors and look on the floor you'll see another weapon, looks like silver ballers. but gold..... gold ballers??

well anyway, if some one finds out how to get those weapons could someone pm me? thanks.

First, thank you for writing competently, because i've actually decided to help. You can find the keycard for both in the mission where you kill Lee Hong, in his office on that level is the keycard, simply finish the mission with it, return to the sanitarium, and you'll be able to unlock the doors. The keycard should be called 'Ortmeyer key' or something similar.

yes there is, but if you take his clothes your have to hide the body, and that takes time. But that is way to do it also. (I tested it and it works).

I did everything pretty much the same. It was my first ever time playing a hitman game today and it took me about 5 trys before I finally figured out how to beat it. Once I got to the elevator I went down to the first floor, because I just wanted to get out quick. I tried to get a swat by himself and although I got his clothes my cover got blown...

I tried to get out the gate but I couldn't cuz swat was nearby so what did I do?  Blazed all the swat out there with my gun. After I killed them all it still said I couldn't get out so as a last resort there just happened to be a patient standing outside so I stole his clothes, and what do ya know, the disguise worked!

speedyharon great video, but there is one way to finish this mision on Sillent Asassin!

Use the elevator to get to the second floor, get out of the elevator, and then go throught the same door u usually go (the big ones). Then look to the right, and u'll see a dead SWAT. Take his clothes and weapon and proceed with your usual route. If u walk by the other SWAT, they wont attack u... Maybe I'll upload a video, but now I don't have the time!

i did this mission without killing anyone. i went to the first floor got the clothes in the room then did everything else the same. I didn't kill the patient or the swat guy, that way you got all zeroes

I think their clothes are too thick and armored. Water-proof etc. That can be the reason.
