do the other stuff first my other comment

then go into the folder where u installed bf2(for example c:programs/Battlefield2 go into .Battlefield2/mods/bf2/Demos put the files in the folder(Demos)u made

then go ingame/log in/community/battlerecorder... start the demo. with "t" and "Q"

This is what you do for battle Recorder

create a folder in.mydocuments/Battlefield 2/profiles/default.call it "Demos"

then ingame(lan server only)open console with "^" and put in : demo.recorddemo test.after recording put in console: demo.stoprecording
