I love this video. I had a feeling of peace and just relaxation...the curtin blowing behind you...Idk you seemed so happy. I wish I felt that happy...
When I was a kid I liked the dried squid with hot pepper on it. Kind of like fishy hot beef jerky. I was looking at ready to eat dried squid and other fish at the store recently but they all seem to have msg on them which I avoid.
was it hard to try ur first squid in japan because i would be afraid cuz i have never had it before haha and its my dream to live in japan and im only (12to20) years old and i want to be a doctor and move there but is it nice living in japan????
Those crackers are freaking good! I have tried quite a few of them. My mom's boyfriend's mom is Japanese, and she makes good food and buys senbei all the time!
I just went to mitsuwa today its a japanese supermarket
And i bought ramune drinks
different kinds of japanese snacks and pocky of course and i bought bento box and shrimp tempura They all taste good!! not one of them taste bad at all!
i wish i could live in japan i love the culture and every thing about it.... but i guess its save to say that a vegetarian like me wouldnt be able be able to eat most of there foods o_O
i envy you!i wish i lived in japan!you must of had a really nasty tummy ach after all that food girl!lol!you should make a vid with just wagashi!like ichigo daifuku&sakura mochi!
The squid in the beginning is one of my childhood favorite foods! My parents said its good to put it on the stove for awhile so it'll get burn a bit and it'll end up REALLY good! Now the rice cracker is really different from the ones I eat. The fish is good!! 5:08 is totally new to me! But Vietnamese foods are a bit different from Japanese foods! I wonder if I can that red squid in the Asian markets my mom goes to. She hates supermarkets!!!!
I like this video! Totemo sugoi!!! Nihon ga suki! I want to go to Japan! I think it is sugoi that you are so open minded about food. Most Americans (I guess you are American) are sooo scared of stuff like that. I say go for it! You are lucky! Have fun in Japan! Make more videos of cool Japanese things, dozo! Domo. ^^
Your comment about the naming of dried squid is wrong. It reads not "kotsu kotsu" but "hone bone"; The reason for the naming is not it's boney but it contains a lot of calcium which is good for bones.
oh wow!! u can read japanese language too.. oh my god... u're so cool.... btw..this video really teaches a lot abt japanese stuff... thx ningyoko.....
Yeah!Squid!I come to be a fan of yours off at the squid swimming and your look.I'm pleased, happy and hahaha.I love this video, then ko-tsu ko-tsu genki?thank you.
lol I love how you play with the squids. It must be such a cool experience to live there so I thank you for showing us a part of your experience (food)! :P
i just realize that i think that i've seen your videos before i thought i had just discovered them. but anyway, just so you know. it didn't end up backwards. it only looked backwards on the preview that you were watching.
Awesome video! Love the randomness and grayed out colors in the beginning. Must be cool to live somewhere besides the U.S...different experience and all.
I miss all the wonderfull unique variety of foods and stuff available in Japanese stores now being back in the U.S. You've brought back some memories for me! Thanks for posting!

I do so hate senbei, but Japanese tea rocks. It's funny, though. I was drinking water at lunch, and my Japanese friend asked me if I liked water. I was kind of like what else would I drink? He said most Japanese peeps would drink tea. Learn something new everyday.
Cute explanation......and...Oolong Tea is my favorite drink in Japan...
