There's probably a bunch more for the Ed section of this, but all I can remember right now is Ed kissing Eddy's head in 'Out With the Old, In With the Ed' and how Ed was hitting on Edd in 'Jingle Jingle Jangle'. XD There's also another technical liplock between Edd and Eddy in the movie, when Eddy's beak is caught in Edd's gap.

And I dunno if this was only about the Eds, but Rolf has kissed Edd's tongue and Ed's given Jimmy mouth to mouth.

I was going to put in more Ed stuff, but most of Ed's stuff was just him saying naughty things and not physically flirting. Also there was a lot of lip locks in the show but most of those were mouth to mouths and not actually kissing. And the scene in the movie where Eddy's lip gets caught in Edd's teeth wasn't really gay or flirting, as neither character really made an issue of it- yes Double D was mortified, but I think it was more embarrassment over his gap tooth.
