Ping pong is just like this warm up, the better the other person is, the better you do and become. With so many good players in China they raise the bar higher and higher, the best having to get better to keep ahead of the curve, so the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

i mean they are good obviously, but the fact that they pass the ball like 300 times doesnt say anything. First of all, in a math the ball have different effects, and you wont hit it at a middle hieght and at an average speed. The last fall that the kid in white missed was maybe the easiest one but still he missed it, that shows the fact that it was kinda of a motorized swing that could apply for different shots, indeed.

Well, it's warm-up in their training. It's called getting the most out of your strokes consistantly. This drill gives you more control and consistency, so when you play a match, you don't occasionally hit a great shot, you ALWAYS hit a good shot.
