DA is a Hispanic/Latino descent, Philippines long time ago was under the colony of spain, Filipinos has spanish accent. That's why DA got the filipino accent.

@macherielle I'm a filipino, you are right. we are pretty much amaze of him. people from other country usually say that it is really hard to speak in tagalog(our language), but this guy sings like he is a real filipino. He is really a great singer!
