If I were Jason, I would trade Sonny for Spinelli in a HEART BEAT!!!!! Spinelli has ALWAYS been loyal to Jason, but the same thing cannot be said for Sonny Corinthos. And besides, it's about time that Sonny pay for all the crimes/murders he has commited!!!!
Sonny will go all about it was those fake drugs that made me do it and Jason will forgive him as always, like he always does with Carly when she turned him in to the cops back when she told him to take Michael from AJ and she was going to met him and they were to run away together, she then turned Jason in to the authorities.
Sonny and Carly always do Jason wrong because they know that he has brain damage and will forever forgive them, they use him like she uses Jax as if they are nothing.

Jason probably won't end up having to make a choice...something will happen just before he finally does which will allow everyone to remain free. Nothing big about this in spoiler sites so it must just be for show to get ratings up this week. If he should ever have to chose I think he would pick Spinelli since he would be able to help SOnny get out of trouble at the end since it comes down to hacking skills over anything else.

So when Jason was arrested for Escobars murder Sonny took back his business.

Sonny pushes the limits to make Jason jump through hoops to prove he is loyal. He loved Micheal also and was the first father the child knew.
