Well I was in a reflective mood and came back to watch one of the first videos I saw on YouTube and it struck me how beautiful your vocal is in this rendition!
Have you thought of doing a new video with your better new setup? I notice you use different chords than I do. I never looked at a book though so I may be using the wrong ones!

I've got things set up, so if I can get some privacy, I'll give it a shot. Been working on another Ian Tyson song I'd like to post.
Well,of course I do know it's not a song by Neil, but from the first time I heard it, I've always felt that it somehow 'belongs ' to him , and I'm not ashamed to say that hearing him talk about this wonderful song in 'HOG the movie' brought tears to my eyes !
And no matter how many times he plays it, he always plays it differently, but always with the same feeling,don't you think so, guys ?
This is very beautiful; I come from a small community where singers are regular entertainment and everyone knows the songs...Neil Young would be proud of this version. Lovely guitar.
Great Cover. You are talented man. I met Ian Tyson after his concert here in Ottawa a couple of years ago, and he said that Neil Young recording his song really helped his pocket book, and he is quite gratefull to Neil for recording it.
It's nice that Neil could help out a fellow Canadian. I can imagine how a song from when you were so young could stick with you for so long...incredible that someday you would record it it, and IMHO, it is the best of all the versions.

I am a big Neil fan but my singing voice is way too deep to be able to sing his songs the right way, so it is nice to hear someone who can do it right.
