Don't lube them with petroleum jelly either. the pieces will eventually start to pop off.

well, I lube some of my dollar cubes with silicone. it's just fine. maybe it's just your brand of dollar store cube.

Maybe, cause Jig-a-loo disolves plastic. My brand is the one with the cheap plastic tiles and comes with an instructions. What's yours?

I dunno. it just came is plastic wrapping.

Mine came with a piece of cardboard that said CUBE in medium sized letters and really cheap glue to seal the plastic
