I'm absolutely surrended to Diana.
She returned back to me the Joy of Music(& even the Joy of Life)since I discover Her 2 yrs ago.I ve seen all great sopranos from our times(XXI century,not from past one).There're some of them very good:but no single one can reach the supreme level of technique,power,vibration,proyection,coloratura,sensibility,etc of Diana's Miraculous Art.
She's the God's Voice over the Earth, singing to an amazed world.

Ah, this is the role for Damrau. Her thick, vibrant voice and electrifying singing sound a little unfit for innocent, suave roles that require flowing and smooth singing (e.g. Gilda, Lucia). Damrau's incisive way of singing, her emphasis on the words and rounded voice sound just perfect for Donna Anna and other dramatic, strong coloratura roles like Konstanze. Her aria here is strong, powerful, a true aria di bravura, and we know those are the specialty of Damrau. :-)
