@gonrico If you are holding an object in supersonic flow, the stagnation pressure will act on the front of it. For this facility the stagnation pressure can reach above 100 pounds per square inch, so even holding a small object will produce a large force. If you hold onto something and then start the tunnel, the feeling will be like firing a powerful rifle and you could easily dislocate your shoulder.
@Themayseffect There is a round hose from the storage tank that exhausts into a 2.5"x2.5" plenum chamber. The nozzle exit is about 2.5" high by 0.6" wide.
