@SuperPCGameplay 5670 with 2g DDR3, Phenom quadcore at 3.2ghz, 4g ddr3(upgrading to 12 in a day or so), and running a second 180g hard drive just for fraps.

So really, I'm not sure why the spikes are happening.
If i could make a suggestion, nothing big but it might help. Get recount out of there in bgs and replace it with the Shift + M map. easier FC/base/whatever tracking that way :)
always fun watching pvp vids though. And since you asked, my favorite bg is AB. Least favorite being AV. good vid
@KillerAudioUK Thank you for the help, I was rushing a little to make this, I was so busy that I had to cram it in to very small periods of time, but I am VERY aware of the things I've done that could be improved.
And recount has been part of my ui since BC, I'm just used to it being there as I'm an ex-raider.

What PC Specs are you running on? And are you Recording with XFire? If so i suggest you switch to Fraps :)

Write down your intro and read it so it's more concise.
Make your music & video transitions more smooth, no abrupt stops.
Make your vids more unique whether they're tutorials (which you mentioned) or just pulling off something unique/badass.
More variety in scenery (which you did mention with suggestions).
Less clutter on your ui? Not sure why recount is up.
