whats for sure is you can't rate a band on song alone. Fearmythoughts is one of the most challenging bands to listen to. With every album they fuckin' push themselves imensly from a musical perspective, which results in something fresh and new with every relaease. "The great collapse" (album wich features "reign") blows me away everytime, and believe me I listen to hella lotta hardcore, metalcore or whatever you want to call it and fearmythoughts is certainly top class

Not bad, most definitely influenced by Slaughter of the Soul era At the Gates. Only thing that bugs me is that this is nothing new. If I want to hear this I can just listen to old At the Gates from a decade ago and they did it better. I think it's okay to be influenced by a great band, but bring something new to the table, don't just rehash without adding anything original.

Although i agree with you that it isnt nothing that new but at the gates split up ages ago and the only way to catch them properly is to go c the haunted and hope they do a cover. Also its good to see a band that is influenced by such a great band as especially over in england very few people have heard of "At The Gates"

Agreed, I do like this song, and it is great that they are at least making good music. I just wish they would take the At the Gates sound further and make it their own by adding something fresh or unique.
