  • lol @ the 37 second comment. Ron paul would have won 2008 if not for the large portion of votes that went to obama from african americans, latinos, and other minorities... Seem like they get ya one way or another

  • 0:43 windows sound!!

  • Coming from someone who is most likely going to vote for Obama, I findPaul to be a breath of fresh air and a source of hope for American politics. The best parts of these debates is watching the reactions of the other candidates when Paul is speaking. Gingrich tries his best to be condescending but always looks down, and Santorum looks flat out afraid to challenge him (Paul). Romney keeps that smirk that I so badly want to smack off his face, but even he is scared to challenge a stuttering Paul.

  • If you control the media, you control the people.

    Simple. As. That.

  • Ron Paul better not be the anti-christ cuz I'm voting for him lol!! :P

  • @LyadinDima if he were the anti-christ he wouldn't be last in all the polls

  • COME ON AMERICA! COME ON! CHANGE IS NEARLY HERE FOR YOU!

  • I don;t see CNN doing anything wrong, This is just Breitbart playing his phony mickry mouse media bashing games as if he doesn't suck the worst himself

  • I wish CNN would just come out of the closet and just admit they don't like Ron Paul. Why? Because we already know that he stands for everything CNN is not; truth, liberty and principals.

  • @politicjunkee what a moronic statement,

  • @DawnOfTheDead991 How so? You actually believe CNN is a credible news source?

  • @politicjunkee Compared to Breitbart or FOX, yes. And this is a live broadcast, not a news report.

  • @DawnOfTheDead991 They are a part of the MSM. The media select and the sheep elect. Dangerous to be a sheep my friend...and it looks like you're headed to slaughter with your naivete.

  • I just wana see a base on the moon and iran bombed everybody elese can fuck off.

  • @omega4chimp U r not welcome on this Earth anymore. Peace is the future. GTFO

  • No he listens to the media bias interpretations

  • With Ron Paul, civil rights act would be repealed, we'd be on an inefficient gold standard (constant depressions), rampant states rights, no abortion, and god in schools. Not to mention his defense stance would leave us defenseless. Romney is the only proper candidate in this election

  • @fountainherz you must not listen to ron paul very closely.

  • @fountainherz Romney is a conformist.

  • @fountainherz Are you just repeating things you've heard on the news?

Your claim about his defense stance...you're talking out your ass. More US Soldiers in the USA would make our National Defense stronger, not weaker, right? So why would bringing our troops home from the hundreds of military bases in countries around the world weaken our defense? It wouldn't.

You're wrong and you're basing your opinion on propaganda. Please do some research.

  • @fountainherz Spoken like a true dinosaur. What century are you from dude?

  • In these debates, notice how the other candidates pay close attention when Ron Paul is speaking.

  • one day soon this man's views will be common place. no thanks to the mainstream media and the anti freedom of rights champaign that they have waged against Ron Paul and he's views. but in the end it will be the people who will want to change, and change for the good of America. i hope he is still here to lead us into this new form of government when that day comes, and it will. RON PAUL 2012

  • Oooo!!!! Take that geinbitch. U cunt. It's not like u cared about ur family anyways cause u cheated on ur wife

  • Smartest man in that room, if not this side of the world.

What I got from this: Morality should not decide what is and isn't law.

As long as it does harm others, we should have the liberty to make our own life style choices.

  • Together they make the very unholy trinity which forms the egyptian pyramid that we can see on the back of the privately owned federal reserve note that is used as american dollar to maintain the colony in debt and under the Queen.

  • Breibart accepting the fact that Ron Paul is right? Dana Loesch is an asshole. She was a liberal who voted for Romeny in 08. AND< lied about it.

  • That's one ugly ass dude ,That snob face Id like to punch it. john king

  • @Thedudethanksyou yea he married an even uglier bitch....dana bash

  • if I ever have to pick the president of the united states since 1950 that will be Ron paul you are a truly good man, truly honest may God bring people like you to our nation

  • 0:43 windows sound.

  • i wana slap john king across his smug constipation face

  • dems are racist only green need apply....lmao

  • dems are racist only green need apply....lmao

  • people don't want truth in america..they want a feel good leader who well tell them stories and give them warm milk

  • The worst thing Ron Paul can accomplish is keep the lying at bay during the primaries. Of course, those that can vote independently for themselves, know what the best outcome will be. Ron Paul, Commander-in-Chief, 2012-2020!!!

  • John King asks the surgeon, Ron Paul, if he would like to be part of a medical based question. Now I know why a degree in journalism is worthless.

  • Ron Paul or bust!

  • i want ron paul in office so bad, the only problem is cnn and fox news dont and thats why he wont be

  • @MRDougieFresh70 LOL THATS WHAT YOU RONBOTS DESERVE!! RON PAUL CHAMIPONS THE FREE MARKET AND PRIVATIZATION, NOW THE PRIVATE OWNED MEDIA IS DOIING WHAT THEY WANT TO DO, I DONT FEEL SAD AT ALL FOR YOU LIBERTARDIANS

  • It's so easy to label this guy a fruitcake, despite the fact that he is more qualified to run this country than anyone of those on that stage and in the Oval Office. Unlike Obama, with all his division and class welfare nonsense... I believe Paul would united the country against the Government.

  • 0:37 they are looking at ron paul like "damn this man is great"

  • see this paulbots? this is what uploaded vids look like when you use software to record, not some dumbass webcam

  • the Illuminati told John King to skip Ron Paul...

  • John King and his cunt wife, what a pair.

  • 0:07 - "Hey, they like me. HI EVERYBODY!" Politics aside, Paul seems like a very nice guy.

  • Comment removed

  • it's a medical subject and i'm a doc! on ur face, way over these tools on any topic, genius

  • If he did not want to take our troops out of everywhere, he would have my vote in a second.

  • Yeah, lets leave the board certified obgyn out of an abortion question, WTF?!

  • Ron Paul is a modern day prophet. It's a damn shame that so many people in the country are too stupid to see it.

  • @EllipsisGH I wouldn't call him a prophet.. The last few prophets have caused religions, that causes people to believe any bullshit they're told, and that causes trouble.

Ron Paul isn't a messiah, because that's not a real life thing, but he's as close to America's savior as you can get right now.

  • @EllipsisGH Oh they see it just fine. Hell they can even hear him just fine. The problem is they are to stupid to understand it. All they can retain are 'talking points' and bullshit propoganda.

  • @EllipsisGH Oh they seee it more and more are waking up and they are seeing the truth. Ron Paul has always been the same he is not wishy washy he is straight forward, honest and he is a constitutionalist and thank God there is someone still left in the world like him. He has my vote!!!

  • @EllipsisGH Ja know, I think Ron is so right on many issues. But I have a problem with the anarchy aspect of removing Government completely from social programs. I live in a country with universal health care and it is fantastic. A civilized country must take care of it's needy and not leave them to the whims of capitalism/darwinian laws. I must say however, Ron is just about the only honest politician in Washington.

  • @EllipsisGH They'll realize it but by that point it will already be too late.

  • @EllipsisGH Well, I have seen very few people say they dislike Paul. It's hard to not like the guy.

  • @EllipsisGH i know right!

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • Love him.

  • I'm in Canada, in Québec Province, we are 8 millions of people, it cost our system more than $30 BILLIONS/year for Tax Payers/State Funded Medicine care.

It's GARBAGE!!! Nobody gets treated. No new hospitals gets created. Bureaucracy! There's always the unions of doctors or nurses in the streets. It cost every tax payers more than 7000 a year. It goes into the DEBT/FIAT MONEY system. A complete fucked up system!

    Better use the private!

More competition/cooperation = HIGHER quality, LOWER cost!

  • @911SMOM That is why we need to make it better, not remove it.

  • @Blurtex33

    No. Fascism/Socialism isn't "better".

  • @911SMOM Socialised healthcare is a whole lot better than letting people die on the streets or spread disease because they can't afford (or are refused) private healthcare. But I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this one!

  • @cactustactics

Wow! seriously! This is really pathetic leap-of-logic. Private healthcare wouldn't let people die on the streets, that's fucking stupid. SOCIALISM let people die in the street waiting fro the last salami and bread!

No (UNCONSTITUTIONAL) income tax = MORE MONEY for everyone = LESS control of the government WHO CANT CREATE ANYTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOT WEALTH = FREE Markets = Prosperity/Happiness/compassion/TRUE help and NOT forced help = TRUE QUALITY medicine!

  • @911SMOM Why would a private healthcare provider treat people for free? Will a restaurant guarantee you free food if you're hungry and can't afford to pay? People are already denied treatment if they can't afford co-pay or if they have 'pre-existing conditions', some people's only option is to go to the emergency room when they're in seriously bad condition - and when they do, who pays the cost of their treatment? (Hint: it's the government)

  • @cactustactics

omg, it's like talking to a child with one one layer of basic pseudo-"logic".

You don't change it all in one day, one month, one year... you change it all in 3-4 years!

THE MONEY DOESN'T EXIST FOR THIS FAKE SYSTEM!! Whatever the fuck you think is IRRELEVANT!

It's DEBT/MONEY!!!! It DOESN'T come from ANYTHING... it is FIAT money, and you are being STOLEN every year MILLIONS AND BILLIONS of dollars in ANY country where there is a Central Bank!

    It's gonna DIE by itself!

  • @911SMOM Then again, I live in a country where it works so I guess I shouldn't be debating with someone who lives in a more regressive/corrupt government.

  • @911SMOM So after 3-4 years, why is a private profit-driven healthcare system going to give out free healthcare to everyone who can't afford to pay? Do you know how business works? Do you know the difference between a successful business and a charity?

This is a really simple question - just explain where people with no money are going to get medical care if there's no welfare system

  • @cactustactics

No... you really act like a child, not able to reason.

After 3-4 years... Most of the system is changed, and the rest is easily transferred within a decade. You pay maybe $300 a year for your healthcare, but there's JOBS and FREE MARKET! True capitals from Normal people! Not CORPORATE WELFARE AND STATE WELFARE which destroys everything. If there's 1% of people in trouble for whatever reason, they can EASILY be helped. MUCH MORE than today's COMPLETELY BROKE SYSTEM!

  • @911SMOM Changed to what? You're still not answering the question. If people are in situations where they can't afford healthcare for whatever reason, why is a private, profit-driven healthcare industry going to give them free treatment? Why are private healthcare companies going to pay out thousands of dollars of their own money at a time, to provide operations for poor people? How -exactly- do you see this working out?

  • @cactustactics

It's NOT just about "healthcare"... it's a WHOLE system. There would be free treatments... LIKE BEFORE MEDICARE AND MEDICAID!!!! There was MUCH MORE free treatments in the 50s and 60s! And if EVERYBODY is wealthier with TRUE FREE MARKETS AND TRUE CAPITAL, there WOULDN'T be 50% of people that received something from the government. The poor people would be MUCH MORE taken care than with the "government", as if it's God or something.

    GOVERNMENTS CANNOT CREATE WEALTH!

  • @911SMOM Where would these free treatments be coming from exactly? Healthcare is expensive, especially with profit margins - some procedures cost thousands, even millions for extensive treatments. Who exactly is going to be 'taking care' of the people who can't afford medical treatment? I keep asking and you keep handwaving

  • @cactustactics

WTF?!!! You know shitfuck about nothing! I'm wasting my time!

I'm telling you some basics truths and that's what you're coming back with???

Are you fucking kidding me!? The level of ignorance and stupidity of people because of the media is always incredible... certainly when the truth is right there!!

HEALTHCARE IS HIGH COST RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF THE CORRUPTION BEHIND IT YOU FUCKING LOW IQ INBRED FUCKTARD!! THERE'S NO COMPETITION!!! GO BACK TO FUCKING HIGH SCHOOL!!

  • @911SMOM This is really simple, and you obviously don't have an answer what with all the tangents and raving. You said people won't be left dying in the streets, I asked you who was going to provide healthcare for people who can't afford it, you said people can 'easily be helped' and would be 'much more taken care of' and there would be 'more free treatments', I keep asking you where all this help and free medical treatment is going to come from and you don't have an answer.

  • Comment removed

  • @cactustactics

    (2)

The system you have today is PURE CORRUPTION disguise in "free healthcare" because they CHOSE THE WORDING.... and you're falling for it. The TV says so?

The mega corporations in health industries, like the medical supplies, pharmacology and insurances takes government grants from money of the tax payers(THIS IS THE "GOVERNMENT MONEY" BTW) and these corporations gives to the politicians they choose, which are themselves corrupted, and creates laws! EVERYONE LOSE!

  • @911SMOM Now there's your problem - not understanding socialism and thinking public healthcare = fascism. Typical conservative.

    /smh

  • @Blurtex33

    I'm no conservative you libtard!

I'm for the Constitution, and that's it.

You know shitfuck about laws, ideologies, money & history, you have "opinions", like 7 billions of people... irrelevant. If there's no competition, there's NO quality for HIGH prices! Fuck sake, you learned that in 1st year of high school!

I HAVE IT IN QUÉBEC this fucking nightmare of healthcare and it's CRAP!!!! PEOPLE die waiting for surgeries that should be given the next day!

    $30 BILLIONS/year!

  • @911SMOM Again, Canada may do it better than America but it still isn't perfect. The only thing worse than not understanding history/ideologies is raging about it. Just do some research - I don't expect you to change your views but at least you will be better equipped for argument.

  • @Blurtex33

LOL! HAHAHAHA! I know much more about the world and history and laws and mystery school teachings than you ever will! You're very funny!

Go back to sleep... put an Obama 2012 bumper sticker on your car... and go watch TV, you'll feel better soon.

  • If you think medicine should be private then you should also fight for a private Army, Police force, Fire-fighters, Prisons, Judges and the Road and traffic authority. If that scares you it is because we don't trust someone with our lives and safety (Army, Police etc) to companies motivated by profit alone. Thats what corporations have to do by law, maximise profit for share holders. If your health is more important than money then don't make it PRIVATE or NOT APPROVED for mistake on application

  • @darkbunglex not true, if a patient dies under the care of a doctor or pharmD for malpractice, the doc or pharmd gets sued and can have their license taken away. We have insurance for this, but it does not come cheap. It is in there best interest to provide quality health care. As healthcare professionals we take an oath as well and that oath is taken very seriously. You don't go to school for 9 plus years in the medical field just to become rich. We care about OUR reputation.

  • @darkbunglex I sure want a goverment doctor who is forced to save me....lol

  • Now its ridiculous to think Health should be only Privatised. Here in Australia my Doctor visits are free, medication is only $6 a script for anything for low income earners and subsidised if you have money but its still too expensive. Hospital visits are free there is no refusal of service. We also have private health insurance as an option that will get your own room in hospital choice of surgeons. Having both keeps the the Private giving value extras n the Public giving just as good treatment

  • @darkbunglex now now.. .next your going to tell us that its free....lol

  • I love Ron Paul but im a Left wing leaning Libertarian.BUT I am against abortion because if you could save an adult family members life by being pregnant for 9 months, you would do it without a 2nd thought. But people delude themselves into thinking if it isn't at a babies intelligence it isnt alive but you wouldn't pull all coma patents off life support (if left alone like a pregnancy it is possible intelligence will come or come back) You would order genocide on the mentally retarded. Adoption

  • @darkbunglex by that logic you're sacrificing "adult family members' lives" by not having unprotected sex constantly, since every sperm or egg that's wasted is an alternate future that can never happen.

A fertilised cell is just a speck of self-dividing matter that has the potential to *possibly* produce a human being, as does any sperm or egg, as does any moment in time. Except we have choice, we're not locked into a particular future, and FORCING women to go through pregnancy is tyrannical

  • The look on John Kings face after Ron Paul said "but John once again its a medical subject and I'm a doctor" was priceless. He was probably thinking "oh fuck I couldn't trick the crowd and avoid Ron Paul on this subject". John King = corrupt media at it's finest.

  • republican primary:

    dumn

    dummer

    dummest &

    ron paul

  • @eapdark Dumb*, but i like where you were going.

  • Fuck cnn.

  • john king should b fired n replaced with someone who doesnt get paid by anyone....like me!

  • What's up with the random disrespectful dude walking across the FRONT of the stage while Dr. Paul is talkin about health policy. Probably someone trying to send him a "message"

  • Wow this is so funny. You Ron Paul supporters are much, much nicer people than the person you are supporting and/or idolising. He is not worthy of you. He's a homophobic, creationist, racist cunt. You're choosing to ignore those signs and focus on the admirable (but imo naive) things he says. Maybe you do it deliberately because in an ideal world 'the message is all that matters', but there's the same problem - not living in the real world.

  • @SelfImmolator All of the candidates are racist, Ron Paul is probably the least. Besides you're going off letters that weren't even written by him. He isn't a Jesus-creationist freak like Santorum and not even close to being a homophobic.

Sure he has a Christian type outlook on things, but which candidate doesn't?

America has a strong Christian core, while I'm not a religious person, I can still value the difference between right and wrong, that's all he's doing as well.

  • @ToddTheDayTrader You mean (or I would hope that you recognize the reality of): *All of the republican candidates are racist, and though Obama is not we like to assume his faults are great enough to somehow even the playing field with the racist and theologically oppressing (yes, unconstitutional) bases that his opposition chooses to win over voters with similar mindsets; Ron Paul...

  • @isaacnewtin Also, please open your mind to logic more often, as faith is by definition belief despite the absence of reason. It is not all bad, and as you say is helpful, but is dangerous when we value its merits as inextricable from prejudice and persecution for little or no logical reason.

  • Dr Paul!!!

  • With that being said, Paul also understand the child also has freedoms. Though this is an issue with morality, aka your beliefs and/or your church, NOT government.

  • Exactly - Paul is open that he opposes abortion, but that is a morality issue and has nothing to do with the government. Keep in mind, freedom is more important to Ron than almost anything else.

  • @peterpanmannnn Funny, if abortion has 'nothing to do with the government' and 'freedom is more important to Ron than almost anything else' then why does he have such a strong record of voting for anti-choice legislation? Federal abortion bans, plus voting against funding any family planning and reproductive health organisations that give abortion advice - but voting YES on federal funding for health providers that don't offer abortion info. His voting record is overwhelmingly anti-choice

  • @cactustactics

Because a 1 month year old fetus is much more worthy of life then a 20 year old dying of some illness he can't afford the needed treatment for.

    Duh!

*sarcasm btw, just to make sure*

  • @cactustactics In that situation you either get to vote pro-choice or anti-choice, he is obviously going to choose pro-choice, but if you give the 3rd option 'Not government responsibility', I guarantee he would have chosen that one. As he has said time and time again, he is against it, but it isn't up to the gov. and he would rather it be a state issue or issue with your own religion, not the federal government.

  • @peterpanmannnn Like I said, he voted FOR federal funding on healthcare issues, but AGAINST it where any family planning organisations are involved. He voted FOR federal legislation against abortion. If he were consistently voting against ANY federal funding or interference then you'd have a point, but he absolutely doesn't- he's happy to pick and choose when it suits his anti-choice agenda

He's more than happy to use government power to restrict women's reproductive rights (among other things)

  • @cactustactics Considering you are voting for someone, and you obviously think the issues you bring up with Paul are worthy of not voting for him, Which candidate are you voting for? & If you don't specify, I'll just assume it's because you know you'll look like a hypocrite no matter who else you're voting for. The fact is, if you give two shits like you act like, the only choice is Paul because ever single other GOP cand. or Obama is going to be much worse.

  • @peterpanmannnn I'm not talking about who the best candidate is, I'm talking about whether the things people are claiming ('Ron Paul is all about freedom and small government') are consistently true - they're not. If you rationally weigh up his pros and cons and decide he's the best candidate that's up to you, but blinding yourself to political reality and the very real impact his voting record has and will have on women's reproductive rights and other things he dislikes, is stupid and dangerous

  • Comment removed

  • @peterpanmannnn not to mention he is a statesman and plans to leave all controversial issues up to the states. Ron Paul doesnt try and force his views on people like santorum and other candidates

  • @peterpanmannnn People forget to look at his voting record. He does keep religious influence to a minimum in his policies and such, this is one reason he's opposed so much in the government.

  • @peterpanmannnn I see the attraction of Pauls' message of freedom. What worries me about him is that he believes a company has the freedom to discriminate-if a company wishes to not hire a person based on skin color, sex, etc., that is a right held by the company. Don't get me wrong, I see a central problem of this country as over regulation by the federal government, but Paul's policies are too strong an antithesis.

  • @spiralsky1 Thing is he's happy to vote for federal legislation banning abortion, and federal funding for programs that support his own views, but he'll also turn around and ban funding for organisations that provide access to abortion or that dare to suggest that homosexuality can be an acceptable lifestyle. His 'freedom' and 'government out' stance depends entirely on whether the issue is something he personally approves of. It's painful to see people naively cheerleading a political narrative

  • @peterpanmannnn ''Exactly - Paul is open that he opposes abortion, but that is a morality issue and has nothing to do with the government.''

No he just wants to let the states ban abortion. It's crazy to think that someone would be against something and not take action against it.

  • this guy is so going to die :/

  • i got the ding too

  • @Favorites593 I thought is was my computer too!!!! LoL

  • why is he not president when a crowd loves him so much they demand he be heard why have we not elected this man

  • @MinoritiesRlazy The American people are fucking retarded, me being one of them.

  • I am a BLACK woman and I have to say that I support Ron Paul 100%.. I have learned so much about the deceitful government from watching his debates.. Ron Paul, you have my vote!! Unfortunately I don't think they will let you run our country because you actually have a compassionate heart. You want the people to know the truth

  • @lilashley601

" They", don't have the power of the people !!!

  • @timbercruise A lot of our power has been taken away and we don't even know it... They are taking away our privacy, freedom of speech, etc. And even if he does win the popular vote, he may still be defeated by electoral votes... Which I think is bs

  • @lilashley601 You are correct. But I look at it a little differently. Dr. Ron Paul has already won. Look at how many people are thinking about the Constitution, the amount of eyes on the main stream media. The money being spent on foreign intervention. People in the USA losing their homes, but we still send foreign aid to the rich in poor countries. The corruption in the FED. Many, many people know about these things now. He has opened eyes. The REVOLUTION has started !!

  • @timbercruise YES!!!

  • @lilashley601 Who is they??? Shouldn't WE, the majority be making these decisions? Don't victimize yourself and think that we are lost before we have actually lost. And if he doesn't make it then we do what other great americans and humans have done in history... We boycott, protest and speak out against the system. Even if it means being hauled off in handcuffs... WE are going to have to do something.. Just like Parks did

  • @TheDudeMan1688 Yes WE should but unfortunately WE don't...

  • I have the biggest boner for Ron Paul. And I'm a woman. ;P

(also a liberal Canadian, for what it's worth)

  • the 99% can not understand this kind of thinking instead they look up to Nazis like Obama Bush and the rest of these Lucifertarian's who love Welfare & Warfare.

  • @WarDogLRS Everything you said in that comment made you look like a crackpot conspiracy theorist and therefore rendered anything you say from now on invalid.

  • This guy is a fucking juggernaut and they are terrified of him and his message. He appeals to people who aren't sheep and its good that many Americans are waking from their slumber to see the issues and problems for what they really are.

  • We live in a society that heavily promotes sex through many different means, thats often why unplanned pregnancy happens. To go beyond that, in general, the current plan for society is to keep people preoccupied from the consequences of their bad choices so that they have virtually no power (time, money, etc.) to fix societies problems. So the powerful few remain in their current positions and most people consume and produce in such a way that primarily benefits them.

  • @miketonon exactly, righton

  • I can't stand how the media tries to pretend that Mitt Romney & Rick Santorum are like the only candidates. THEY NEVER TALK about Ron Paul on the news. Weak controlled media.

  • Comment removed

  • "Would you like in on this issue?" Um, I think the fact that he's even present at a Presidential debate should answer that question.

  • John King is an asshole. Fact

    Ron Paul 2012!!

  • Vote for Ron Paul.....

Everyone watch " TERROR STORM 2ND EDITION" or any video of Alex Jones and pass it on

  • The ding made me think something happened on my computer lol

  • @leanoo11 I thought the same thing too but the funny thing is, I'm on a Macbook and the sound is from Windows! Haha!

  • @leanoo11 yeah dude i freaked out

  • @leanoo11

I'm happy I saw you wrote that. I stopped the video and was like "why did my computer make that noise?", then I realized it was the video

  • There are too many people on this fuckin planet already, stop being a complete idiot when it comes to safe sex..

Reminds me of people in the south...abstinence-only sex education, with the highest rates of teen pregnancy, and STD's...

  • How can they just skip him. They do it all they time. Im getting really sick of all the bullshit on the news. The Maine Caucus fraud shows we are in the lead while Romney is far from front runner. I mean really, he can't debate Obama well with the whole healthcare thing, he can't get the young vote and cant get the independents to turn out, he hasn't been winning the straw polls lately and when he does its fraud why is he frontrunner? Because cnn says he is.
